Dr. Clark would be entitled to due process (presumption of innocence) and it is highly unlikely that the Medical Commission would have taken such quick and drastic measures against Dr. Clark under the circumstances.

Even after Motley got into the second row seat of the truck, but did not get down right away, the men in the truck had turned around and were following Danny but still did not notice Motley. Other mistake: Tom told David and Lily, "Whoever murdered that girl [Jessica] didn't have sex with her. They used a corn cob." The crime scene photo of the "corn cob" actually showed a partially opened "husk of corn" or "ear of corn."
