Continuity mistake: When Geralt fights the Striga, he ends up lying on his back with the Striga on top of him. To escape, he uses his magic to "punch" through the floor. The first attempt fails, its only effect is to blow away some dead leaves. At the second attempt a few seconds after, leaves are back on the floor.
Continuity mistake: Seiya creates a large crater in the arena, deep enough that he has to step out of it to offer his handshake to his adversary. Cassios refuses the handshake and kicks him, making Seiya jump away. He then charges at Seiya in a straight line, as if the crater didn't exist, but when Shaina screams at him telling him to get out of the way, Cassios is exactly on the edge of the massive hole. Continuity mistake: Guillermo is lying on a table in the hospital and wearing a dress. Nadja comes in, trying to get him out of there. While she is talking to him, he sits up a bit and starts playing with the bottom of his shirt. The shot cuts, and now he is lying flat on the table again.
Continuity mistake: When Will Parry visits his grandparents, the grandmother is sitting on the sofa next to Will's grandfather. The grandmother's position keeps changing from sitting right next to him to being further apart.
