Suggested correction: The flashing light actually belongs to the rotating beacon light on top of the shuttle. This light is shortly after when the crew start to return before it explodes.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the end when they kidnap the president and steal the electric car, you can see a stunt pad marked with a yellow "x" as the 2nd secret service agent jumps to the ground while avoiding the car coming out of the parking garage.
Visible crew/equipment: When Richard, Stan and Dimitri leave the cliffside to search for Jen, there is a shot of the camera panning across the side of the SUV and the camera crew can be seen reflected on it. The reflection of the camera crew can also be seen when the SUV begins to start driving. (00:37:10)
Visible crew/equipment: During Gibbons' funeral, when the camera pans up to eventually catch Vin Diesel sitting in the gallery, a few extras (such as the woman two rows behind the one with the flaming red hair) look up following the movement of the crane. (01:36:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When the police woman falls off the boat when the shark hits it, on the right side of the screen, you can see a hand outstretched, as if reaching out to grab her. It doesn't belong to the only other person on the boat, since he's behind the wheel and completely out of reach. So, it belonged to a person who wasn't supposed to be there.
Visible crew/equipment: When Baby is in the car that he stole after running away from the mall center and he crashes against the back of the pickup, you can see the cameraman and the crew member on his left reflected in the rear window.
Visible crew/equipment: When the patient throws Chucky into the hole outside, when he rises up, you can see someone's hand give her the doll.
Suggested correction: That's the character Malcolm's hands. He's in the grave. He handed the doll up to her, and then, literally seconds later, the nurses help him out of the grave. I genuinely don't understand how that could be mistaken for a crew member's hand when it's so obviously a character in the film.
