Visible crew/equipment: In the second scene where the main character approaches the car, there's the filming crew visible in the right corner of the car's bumper. (00:02:30)
Visible crew/equipment: When Dewey is introduced and has a phone call with Jeffers about the leak, he is packing away files in a briefcase. On his desk there is a pad of paper beneath Dewey's mobile, and the scripted lines for Dewey's side of the phone conversation are handwritten on the top sheet, not being removed from set prior to filming. Visible crew/equipment: When the camera zooms in on Vee's laptop just as she is about to sign up the camera shadow can be seen increasing in size on the back of the laptop. (00:10:45)
Visible crew/equipment: Near the end when Mark is walking into the hotel, the reflection of the camera operator can be seen to the left in the door. (01:34:00)
Suggested correction: There is also the world media outside filming the survivors entering the hotel. To say it is a camera operator, while statistically true, can't be classed a mistake as we don't know if it's a member of the media.
This is the actual camera filming the shot. That's a mistake.
Visible crew/equipment: When the zombie outbreak begins on the train, Seok-woo runs into one of the train cars that have no zombies, carrying Su-an with him. He places Su-an on the ground, and just before he does so, a yellow tape marker can be seen on the ground, allowing the actor to know where to place the little girl actor when he stops running. (00:26:27)
Visible crew/equipment: When the Annex is being invaded by the Tangos, one of the GRS team members is shown running across the courtyard whilst Oz, off-screen says "We got about 25-30 Tangos." About a second before the shot ends, the shadow of the camera can be seen cast on the wall of the building whilst the man is running and is then cast on a tree in the foreground of the shot. (01:32:05)
Visible crew/equipment: The remote controlled camera is visible in the scene where the truck full of the horsemen is pulling into the garage. Look as the camera pans down and we see the top of the van. The camera looks like a box attached to some poles.
