Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode, as Klaus is watching Hayley sleeping, Hayley changes from sleeping on her side to sleeping upright in closeup.
Continuity mistake: When Francis falls into the frozen lake he is wearing gloves, but when he is shown under the ice he doesn't have them any more. When Bash pulls him out he is once again wearing gloves.
Continuity mistake: Bunchy is serving burgers. Picks up ketchup in his left hand and mustard in the right. Camera pans from a different angle and he is putting back the mustard and picking up the ketchup that he already had. (00:28:11)

Continuity mistake: In one scene, Claire Underwood is returning to the White House from Iowa. In the hallway leading to her bedroom's stairs, she is followed by a black female Secret Service agent, obviously part of her entourage, who stops to stand guard at the beginning of the stairs. In another scene 30 minutes later, that same agent is seen standing guard at the entry of the campaigning house in which Frank Underwood is going to say his victory speech. But Claire has not flown from Washington to Iowa, so the agent should not be there. (00:15:15 - 00:45:30)

Continuity mistake: During the fight between Coulson, May and the two Ivanovs, the metal pipe that Coulson is wielding gets bent when Ivanov takes it off him. When he throws the pipe to the floor, it's straight again.

Continuity mistake: When they're on the phone with Adam, between shots the phone switches hands.
The Curse of the Aesthetic - S8-E8
Continuity mistake: When the nanny is found dead, the ball of wool in the bag is yellow but later on when Father Brown picks up the wool out of the bag it is grey.
Continuity mistake: When Gracie is on the phone to Mark and reading Helena's diary, the diary has changed position on Helena's bed before Gracie touches it.
Dark Descent - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Stella is talking with Jim Burns at his home about her theory of a delay between murders, and why Paul took so long to strangle his victim. During most of the scene Jim's hair is parted on the left. At the end, as she is leaving, it is on the right.
Death's Door - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: When John spits on Jedikiah, the saliva disappears from his shirt when the shot changes.
Seeing Red - S4-E12
Continuity mistake: Neils Jesper is handcuffed in the back of a prison transport van with his seatbelt on, once the van violently comes to a stop and the van doors open he's shot not wearing a seatbelt. (00:30:45 - 00:31:30)
Continuity mistake: Throughout the episode Lieutenant Abbie Mills' lapel mic changes from scene to scene. It goes from the Motorola Commander Speaker Mic to a standard Motorola mic without the orange emergency button, volume control, 16 channel selector knob and 2 programmable buttons.
Continuity mistake: The ground is dry and clear throughout the entire episode in all exterior scenes, until the snow covered ground in the background when Duncan is driving to Ellen's house about 2/3 through the episode.
