Factual error: Tom Keen watches an arms deal. The supposedly German plates of the BMW read "DD17-36F9." This, however, is not a possible combination in Germany, as there would not be numbers in the first half, nor a letter after a number in the second part. [exceptions from the first being the most important officials' cars like the federal president's, but even then the latter applies]. Furthermore, no more than 4 numbers can be used, except for in police and military vehicles (which also never have a letter after a number, and start "Y" for military, or "DD-Q" for Dresden police). "DD-F1736" would have been a correct plate for the town of Dresden, for example. (00:23:15)

Factual error: The lady goes into the bank with a key for the safe deposit box and they let her into the vault. The box belongs to a Sullivan. They insert the bank key and she inserts hers. For somebody to be allowed access to the vault to any storage box, that person would need to be the owner of that particular box, and they would need to sign a card/log to gain entry. If it's in John Does name, Barb Smith can't just show up with a key and get access. (00:35:00 - 00:36:00)

FBI agents are required to have a university degree, but they don't write thesis' at the academy. A person is either in a university or at Quantico getting trained. They are not writing papers at Quantico. They need the degree beforehand to get in. (00:10:30 - 00:11:30)
Factual error: When asked about a trial Sebastian Berger replies that there was a jury verdict on a trial that took place in Germany. Germany has no jury based court system.
