Audio problem: When Reacher reverses out of the motel parking lot, a car is seen braking hard to avoid hitting him and honking. The audio sound of the car horn has a "doppler effect", sounding like a passing vehicle, but the car doesn't pass the viewer as it comes to a halt in frame.
Audio problem: When Katniss kills Marvel with her bow and arrow when she's with Rue, the cannon (which goes off when a tribute dies) doesn't fire. This happens a couple of other times in the movie too. (01:25:25)
Suggested correction: This isn't a mistake. First the cannons never went off immediately as evidence by the fact that after the initial battle when tributes were killed, they don't go off until Katniss got away. Then 6 went off in a row. The people in charge of the games decide when they go off. Plus, after Rue is killed, the audio cuts from all sounds of the arena for dramatic effect. The cannons could have gone off then. Or they could have gone off during the District 11 riot.
Audio problem: In the scene where Jack Bondurant is loading jars into the back of the truck, Floyd Banner is driven into town and screeches to a halt nearby. Although the tyres screech which is characteristic of tyres stopping suddenly/losing traction on Tarmac or cement, the car is on a loose dirt road.
Audio problem: After Abrar is shot, his wife starts to shout and runs to grab a weapon. When she does, the angle changes while she looks at the Navy Seals, her mouth is closed, but her previous cries keep on sounding. (02:09:40)
Audio problem: In the scene where Tommy Lee Jones and Meryl Streep are going into the therapist's office for their first appointment, which is scheduled to be at 10:30 am, bells are chiming in the background that indicate the time is actually at the top of the hour.
Audio problem: When Dave (Dylan O'Brien) and Aubrey (Britt Robertson) Are walking to her house after they first met at the party they are filming from a wide shot and you can hear both characters talking but their mouths are not moving.
Audio problem: When Jacob and Bella are in the car, on the way to Charlie's, Jacob is laughing about "Dracula 1 and Dracula 2" being "creepy." He lets out a huge loud, chuckle in the audio, yet the audio doesn't match his mouth, as his mouth is merely in a tight grin.
