Continuity mistake: When Ariadne wakes in the Snow Fortress and the floor goes from under her, we can see her gloves fall in to the crack but in a different camera shot of her we can see the gloves are now back near her head again. (02:12:20)
Continuity mistake: When Teddy's kids are lying dead on the grass, the position of the girl's arms keeps changing between shots.
Continuity mistake: Saw VII takes place straight after Saw VI. In Saw VI we see Jill put Hoffman in the bear trap and leave. We then see that Hoffman spends around 45 seconds trying to get the trap off before putting in the bars on the window. In this film however, just after Jill closes the door we see the glass break. Continuity mistake: During the close up of Paul writing the word "Mark White" on the lid of the coffin, he is using his right hand. The shot then goes back to Paul, and he is writing with his left hand.
Continuity mistake: When Kristi sits down to have her coffee and read her magazine, the coffee cup is perfectly in place before the cabinet doors burst open and she runs away. When she comes back and closes everything, her yellow coffee mug is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Salt and Winters first start talking between the glass window in the bunker Salt's body is facing slightly to the left. The camera cuts to the front of Salt and she is now facing right.
Continuity mistake: When the Ghost writer stops the BMW to follow the sat nav there is a car in the background. It vanishes then reappears as the film changes from close up to panoramic shots.
Continuity mistake: When Jake disguises himself as a messenger and enters a building intending to hack into a computer, he shows up at the ground floor lobby with his bicycle. Behind him, an Asian lady also turns from the lobby and walks past him. In another shot, the very same lady is seen entering the building from another entrance.
Continuity mistake: When Ree visits a girl holding a baby, when she's about to leave the baby's hat swaps from off to on between shots.
Continuity mistake: During the scene when the fire dept arrives it is raining heavily yet when they arrive inside the building to help they are all completely dry.

Continuity mistake: At the end when Walter Weed comes to the escape car the car is already running, with smoke coming from the exhaust, but then he starts the car when he wants to drive away.
Continuity mistake: Jason spits blood onto Joker's chin which changes spot wise and shape wise by the next shot.
