Audio problem: An early scene in the movie has Chinese soldiers recruiting Tibetans to work on a secret project which they are told is a dam. As the scene ends, the sound of explosives draws everyone's eyes towards the mountains, where the explosions can be seen several miles in the distance. The sight and sound of these explosions take place simultaneously. Sound travels much slower than light. In reality, there should have been some delay before the sound of the explosions was heard.
Audio problem: During the battle in Adrian Veidt's lair he catches a bullet. He pulls the slug from his palm but as he drops the slug we hear the sound of a spent shell casing hitting the floor (empty brass) not the heavy lead bullet.
Audio problem: When Langdon is in the Vatican archives for the second time and they are running out of oxygen, He uses the Swiss Guard's gun to shoot the glass. The problem being it takes roughly 0.8 seconds from the time the sound of the gun goes off to have any impact on the glass. He is no further than 5 metres from the glass, but still, this should be instantaneous.
Audio problem: At the end of the movie, when Cassie says, "This case is the key to bringing down Division", her mouth doesn't move at all.
Audio problem: As Shelton is about to drive away from City Hall, we see him operate a lever on the steering column of the van and we hear the familiar sounds of a transmission shifter clunking through a few settings into "Drive". The problem is that he used the lever on the left side of the column, which is the turn signal lever. The transmission shift lever is on the right side of the column. In reality, Butler used his left turn signal before steering left into the travel lane, and the sound editors added the shifter sound to try and cover the fact he's never actually seen putting the van into gear in the scene. Audio problem: In the first scene when Christine is driving her car, she has the blowers on max speed yet there is no sound from the fans whatsoever.
Audio problem: DVD version. In the scene where Lisbeth is about to be buried alive, she gets shot three times by her father as she tries to run away. The sound effect of the gunfire includes the tinkling of a spent cartridge hitting the ground (clearly heard in the rear right). However, the father's gun is seen to be a revolver, which does not eject spent casings when fired - the spent casings stay in the cylinder. (01:50:30)
Audio problem: When Ryder clicks the Google link about Garber, the page makes beeping sounds when the news article flows down the screen. That never happens. Pages just appear silently.
Audio problem: When Daniel is on top of the tree house, his screams don't always match up to his mouth. (01:23:20)
Audio problem: At the end when the killer falls through the floor, he screams. However, you can see that his mouth does not move.
Audio problem: Simone's scream at the end of her game is the same as one used earlier in the scene. (00:06:00)
Audio problem: When Deacon is talking to the cop's brother's corpse, he says "you're not talking to me now?" and his lips aren't moving. And moments later, he says "what? You don't want to?" And "you don't talk because..." Same things, his lips don't move.
Audio problem: As Bison's car drives through the angry crowd, one of Bison's men fires a gun into the air. It is heard firing twice, but the muzzle only flashes once.
Audio problem: We get a shot of a Predator drone taking off, and it is driven by a propeller. However, it makes the sound of a plane with a jet engine.
