Continuity mistake: When Tommy parks his Ford Mustang up on the pavement, he stops right in front of a post. Later, when he drives away, there's nothing in front of the car.
Revealing mistake: In the opening credits, Beefy Bert has a different hair colour to what he has in the actual episodes. This was not included in Series 3.
Continuity mistake: Roy closes his comic and throws it onto the desk. The camera flits back to Moss, then back to Roy, and Roy is holding the open comic again and repeats the same actions. (00:06:25)
Continuity mistake: When the Polaroid photo is shown of Betty and Walter with his boss and his wife, Betty's hands are behind Walter and the boss's wife's back. When it was taken, her left arm was out and her hand was on her own leg.

Continuity mistake: When Adam is pushing the stroller past the line at the cupcake shop the mother talking to her son has her hand in her pocket, but when the camera shot cuts it's then on her hip.
Continuity mistake: The broken glass on Nathan's face and arms disappears when he is pouring out the rice, but reappears when he is yelling into the PA system.
Continuity mistake: In episode K&R III - Part 3 When the Dr is coming out to tell Danny that Jordan is responding to the clotting agent, he has a blood spot on his left shoulder, when the shot changes to Danny and back to the Dr. the spot is gone.

Factual error: The show takes place in 1994, but during scenes in the video store where Glen works, you can see several movies that came out after 1994. One example is Stepmom, which came out in 1998.
In Too Deep - S5-E8
Plot hole: Carter is apparently just learning about Feynman's Day, which Allison explains as "Eureka's version of April Fool's Day." It's highly improbable that Carter could have lived in Eureka for five years and still be oblivious of this, especially given all of the hijinks that happen.
Continuity mistake: Suzanne tells her family that she is being sexually harassed by her co-worker at the colonial theme park. Her son Jody then says, "Don't worry. When I get through with this Ben Franklin guy, he's definitely going to remember the Alamo." We, the viewers, know that Suzanne's co-worker plays the role of Benjamin Franklin, but she never mentioned that to her sons.
The Class Goes Trick-Or-Treating - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Cat is putting on her boots, she puts her right boot on. The camera cuts away and back, and she is putting on her right boot again but when it cuts away she is now putting her left foot down.
My Big Fat Sober Wedding - S2-E20
Continuity mistake: When Barb and Richard are at the bar discussing weddings, the bartender fills Barb's glass and takes the empty one away and then the shot changes and he does it again.
Continuity mistake: In the episode "The Fighting Irish", Jack's brother and father appear. Jack says "I haven't seen my father in 17 years." But throughout the rest of the series, it is mentioned many times that Jack's father ran away when Jack was little.
