Visible crew/equipment: After Beauxbaton's entrance into the dining hall, Fleur bows in a close-up with the wood platform directly behind her, and then Dumbledore kisses Madame Maxime's hand. In the next shot, when Dumbledore quickly runs up onto the platform to introduce Durmstrang, there is a white mark on the wood which he promptly stands on. This mark is not on the platform in either the previous or following shots. (00:17:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When Mrs. MacReady meets the Pevensie children at the train station, the reflector screen is reflected in the lenses of her glasses, as she looks down when she speaks to them. Visible crew/equipment: When Jack and Jackie are waiting in the car for Dr. Becker, Jack is looking in the side mirror. When Jack sees him he opens the door, a camera is visible in the side mirror.
Visible crew/equipment: After Sidious has killed Windu he speaks to Anakin. Sidious says, "Become my apprentice. Learn to use the dark side of the Force," and just as he says the words "the Force" you can see the tip of the boom microphone dip down above his head. This is visible on the 2005 full screen DVD.
