It's unlikely that she would have missed it - she is still on good terms with him and he is her father, the only reason she left was to be with her mother, not because she didn't love Caleb.Obviously they didn't want to create another drama with having Lindsay there while they had to focus on the important story-lines - Caleb's death, Kirsten's drinking and Marissa shooting Trey.

But there are no remains on the droids to be seen after the smoke has cleared, whereas there should be something left.
Deliberate mistake: In the scene where Peter Andre and his producer watch the footage of the royal family, in the background you can see princess Diana and the queen mother who had both unfortunately passed away before Little Britain was made. They had to use the old footage but it is still a mistake.
Deliberate mistake: After the party, in the scene where Lucas goes into the cafe, he finds Haley crying. The shot is a distant shot with Lucas and Haley in it. Haley's hands are covering her face. In the next shot, just of Haley, her one hand is over her forehead.

Deliberate mistake: While Megan O'Hara is undergoing breast reconstruction surgery, as the camera pans a close-up side angle view of her face you can see she is wearing make-up, specifically eye make-up, which is strictly prohibited in a surgical sterile environment in the United States, especially in pre-scheduled surgeries. Deliberate mistake: When the T-Ship is hit from the blast from the exploding space station, it spins around for a while before it re-stabilizes. Just before it does so, look out of Raven's canopy: the background outside with the stars and even a planet spin as the ship does, whereas realistically it should remain calm and stable.
