Visible crew/equipment: Watch for the boom when the cigar girl's Volvo boat swipes the building. It's on the top left of the screen on the widescreen version.
Continuity mistake: After Connor has thrown the toilet off the roof onto one of the Russians and landed on the other, he is unconscious on the ground. While Murphy is collecting things from the ground and the Russians, Connor's legs switch from straight to crossed. (00:24:09)

Continuity mistake: In the scene in the library, when Evie is putting back the books. She leans over to put the book back, but it falls to the ground and she is balancing on the ladder. When the camera cuts back to show the whole ladder, the book is nowhere to be found on the floor. (00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: When Satan enters the church demanding to know where Christine York is, one of the priests approaches him with a crucifix. The camera is facing the priest, Satan grabs the crucifix and stabs the priest right in the centre of his forehead (just above the eyebrow line). The camera angle changes to facing Satan and when the priest hits the deck, the crucifix is sticking out of his head higher up and above his left eyebrow. (01:22:30)
Continuity mistake: Check the glass of water on the table in front of the little girl. When they shoot from afar, you can see the level of the water is lower than when she actually picks it up to drink it. (00:12:15)
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Gin and Mac are in the elevator, Mac puts in the keycard and presses 86. You then see the position indicator (PI) which shows the floor (70) in an LED, a red up arrow, and the words "EXECUTIVE FLOOR ACCESS GRANTED" in a red box. But when they are trying to escape, after Mac disengages the Door Hold button, you see that the PI has changed. It is all one colour and the floor number is written in a computer font. Revealing mistake: When the Headless Horseman is about to kiss Catrina's stepmother, you can see his actual teeth behind the filed ones. Christopher Walken's teeth are blacked out and their outline is visible against his tongue during the closeup of his face. (01:37:20)
Continuity mistake: When Amelia jumps in the water to save the the little girl there is tape on her mouth. A moment later, the tape is not visible.
Continuity mistake: After Jack shoots the dart at the crocodile trapped in the helicopter, it is visible in the animal's jaw. After the attack by the second crocodile, the dart has gone. A moment later it is back again. (01:09:20)
