Audio problem: Counsellor Troi visits Picard in his quarters after he finds out that his brother dies. Listen to Picard say "Counsellor - er". There is an audio editing mistake of some sort where you could clearly hear that his voice was dubbed over the original, the original being off by a fraction of a second. The "er" sound from "Counsellor" is repeated. (00:38:20)

Audio problem: There is a scene in the lab where Arnie is explaining his pregnancy to Emma. The shot cuts to a side-on, rear shot of Arnie and it is very clear his mouth or jaw isn't moving and yet you can hear him talking.

Audio problem: When the good guys finally get the Chevy V8 running, the sound it makes sounds more like a moped than a high-performance engine. It has headers and no mufflers, so it should have been quite loud.

Guyver: Dark Hero picture

Audio problem: During the final battle, when Sean and Crane start fighting with their arm-blades, listen closely. There's just a few too many "blade clashing" sound effects added in, and it doesn't always perfectly match up to what's on-screen. More were obviously added in to make it seem more dramatic, but it doesn't quite seem "right" if you pay close attention.
