Other mistake: Near the beginning, Scott and Charlie are flying in the sleigh down a road next to a truck. During the entire scene, the truck driver is constantly jerking the wheel to the right and left yet the truck remains in a perfectly straight course.
Other mistake: When Lamont walks into the alley to avoid being followed by one of Khan's warriors, he makes himself invisible, and his shadow vanishes as well. It's well noted at the beginning of the film that his shadow is always visible even if he isn't. Therefore, his shadow should still be seen on the ground and give him away.
Other mistake: In the scene where Lestat and Louis are in the tavern, Lestat kills the barmaid. He says "She's as dead as a doornail, my friend", and rests her head on the table. He then drops some coins onto the table, and the "dead" woman's eyes flicker in reaction. (00:17:55)
Other mistake: When Derek and co are 'shooting' the musicians dressed as animals, Derek shoots at his foot to show that they are harmless. AS the arrows are covered in red powder, surely his foot would go red? After all, every shot at the musicians made them get a red mark.
Other mistake: When Jackson and O'Neil are captured and taken before Ra, the guards hit their knees with their staff weapons to make them kneel. Jackson's guard does it right, but O'Neil's misses him completely.
Other mistake: The crow leads Eric along a rooftop at the start in the pouring rain and down into a building. However, as Eric is walking into the building there are no wet marks from his soaking wet boots. (00:10:00)
Other mistake: When Norville takes the blue letter up to the top floor, there are several problems with Buzz and the three columns of elevator destination lights that he operates. When Norville enters, he is the only person on the elevator, but another floor is already lit up. When the next three employees enter the elevator, this other light has moved from 7th highest to 3rd highest in the left column. Two of the three employees are going to floors 11 and 37, yet Buzz only lights up floors in the right column (with three columns, each light in a column should differ by three, but 37-11=26, and 26 is not divisible by three). When Mr. Greer enters the elevator Buzz pushes at least two more buttons because when the elevator stops again, we can see at least seven floors lit up.
Other mistake: When the Creature comes out of the amniotic fluid bath, he slips around and then gets caught in the chains. Victor falls asleep and then there is a sequence of shots of him and the Creature running through the laboratory. In one shot, he is kneeling by the door and pulling on Victor's coat to wear and you can see large indentations in his back and sides. These look like a rubber or latex covering to enlarge his frame that have flexed the wrong way and have become concave and appear totally unrealistic.
Other mistake: The cop says that there were six seatbelt violations, but only five people were in the car at the time it was pulled over.
Other mistake: Part 3 - The Betrayal: Fran tells Stu that she's pregnant on July 19th, and the way she tells him implies Stu is the father, and she's due in January. It's impossible. They didn't even meet until early July. Counting backwards from January, nine months lands in April. Way before the super flu even escaped. Way before the movie is set. (00:05:45 - 00:06:08)
Suggested correction: The father is her ex-boyfriend, who we never meet. This is made clear in the book, which I know doesn't necessarily count as a correction here, but we do see at the end the baby is given Fran's last name. Surely, if she thought Stu was the father, the baby would have taken his last name.
Other mistake: Near the beginning, when Abis Mal is catapulted by Iago, he is launched in a lobbed way but, strangely, he flies straight to the thieves.
Other mistake: In the championship game at the end, Ray Mitchell hits a two run homer to tie the game. As Mitchell is crossing home, he never touches the plate.
Other mistake: In the courtroom scene, the North Pole expert is an Air Force lieutenant colonel, Lt Col Coulson. In the credits, he is listed as Cmdr Coulson, a Navy rank.
