Visible crew/equipment: When Mrs. Doubtfire is cooking in the kitchen, sets her fake breasts on fire, then hits them with the pan lids to put them out, you can see the camera crew in the reflection of one of the pan lids.
Visible crew/equipment: When Kate finishes writing the note, she places it on the table, grabs her hat and leaves the barn (or shack). The door slams shut and the blast of air knocks the note off the table and onto the floor. Just for a brief second after the note has fallen, something that resembles a foot can be seen in the upper left-hand corner.

Visible crew/equipment: When Mario is telling Luigi about getting a call from the café for the plumbing job at the start of the film, watch the cabinet with the glass doors behind Luigi. At one point, you can see the reflection of a crew member in a short-sleeve shirt for a few seconds.
