Other mistake: When Dr. Seward first goes to see Renfield, he gets bitten on the right side of his neck, but then grabs the left side as if in pain. (00:26:00)

Other mistake: The alien that comes out of the dog is a lot bigger than the actual dog just seconds after it appears. This only applies to the theatrical version, as in the extended version the alien comes out of an ox.

Other mistake: As Lionel is hanging from the ceiling and the zombie priest and nurse come toward each other, the pitchfork that Uncle Lez shoved into the priest impales the nurse and it is covered with blood. A split second later it is clean. (01:22:45)

Other mistake: In the scene in Angelo's basement after Jobe has killed the Priest and his friend's Father, Jobe transmits a message to Angelo using the VR helmet. In this message we see and hear Jobe describing how he took a boost of medicine, but how did Angelo hear this message? The earphones of the VR headset are positioned above his head and angled away from him. (01:13:40)

Other mistake: When Peyton and Emma are watching a scary movie in Peyton's room, Emma is eating popcorn. However, if you watch her mouth, she isn't actually eating anything (just doing an incredibly bad job of pretending to). (00:34:15)

Other mistake: When Carter/Cain is putting the body in the Taurus (Jack's car), we see a clear shot of the licence plate '2ABI111', then we see the same plate on the Volvo he pushes into the lake. And it's not as if he switched plates because later, the same plate is still on the Taurus.

Other mistake: When Ash is splitting into his two halves, he backs into a huge tree and it moves. The tree moves again a few minutes later when bad Ash is shot and flies into it. (00:37:45 - 00:39:00)

Other mistake: After JP gets the pistons shoved through his head, there's an incredibly puzzling insert shot where we see him crumple to the floor. Suddenly, there's smoke coming off his head, his pants are different, his belt has disappeared, and the pistons on his head are randomly much shorter. It's almost like a snippet of an unfinished effects shot was randomly inserted into the scene.
