Continuity mistake: When they bring Marvin Nash to be tortured, his hands are cuffed behind his back. They start kicking him and his hands are then seen cuffed in front. Then, they switch back just a few moments later and his hands are back behind his back again.
Continuity mistake: During Danny's drunken yelling scene he swoops a table ALMOST clear of its papers, meaning there are still a few papers messily left on the table. However, a few shots later, those papers are mysteriously missing. (01:47:20)
Continuity mistake: Before the wreath of garlic falls down on Lucy's bedside table, it can be seen hanging on the lamp, but in the previous shot, as well as earlier in the scene, there was no garlic on the lamp. When Lucy grabs the vase from the bedside table a couple of shots later, the garlic that fell down on the table has mysteriously disappeared. (01:09:35)
Continuity mistake: The baby's burping pad disappears and reappears from Claire's shoulder after Peyton pretends to save the baby from choking on the earring. (00:25:50)
Continuity mistake: When Agent Desmond is waiting to see Sheriff Cable, the position of the hand supporting his face changes between shots. (00:08:00)
Continuity mistake: After Fifi sings her line of the opening song, a stack of textbooks on Bugs Bunny's desktop changes appearance between shots. (00:01:45)
Continuity mistake: When Margrete is searching her apartment for Linda with her pistol, she goes from holding it with one finger on the trigger to having two fingers on the trigger. (01:50:40)
Suggested correction: Margrete doesn't instantly go from one finger to two fingers on the trigger; it's over twenty seconds later. Your two pictures are not an accurate representation of the actual onscreen continuity. Margrete turns off the bathtub faucet. She walks through the bathroom shown in the top picture (01:50:06), and the camera then pans toward the window and pans back to Margrete. It then cuts to a shot of the parlor area, then cuts again to Margrete as she pulls the gun's slide back. The next shot shows Linda grabbing the scissors. Then, finally, in the next shot, Margrete hears Linda, so she turns her head with her two fingers on the trigger, shown in the bottom picture (01:50:32).
Continuity mistake: When the helicopter lands we see it is sitting over the white circle of the landing zone on the back of the ship. Later, right after the F18 is shot down, we see an aerial view of the ship with a small part of the back cut off, but part of the landing zone circle is visible and there is no helicopter. (00:13:30 - 00:36:00)
Continuity mistake: When Veronica arrives at the Hoover Dam and pulls over there are just three people next to the car. A shot later there are 5 people on the left who have appeared out of nowhere.
Continuity mistake: During the first appearance of the true Candyman, there is sunlight where he is standing. The sunlight disappears in the close-up.
Visible crew/equipment: When Levene is describing his big sale to Roma, Levene takes off his jacket. When he does the boom microphone is visible above. (01:01:50)
