Audio problem: In the scene with John and his friend in the garage when his adopted mom is telling him to clean his room and he is revving his dirtbike, if you look closely, he has the throttle wide open, but the motor winds down. (00:12:15)
Audio problem: In the original UK VHS release of the movie, during the battle sequence, Spock is lifting a panel on the floor of the bridge and says: "Auxiliary Circuits destroyed Captain." His mouth doesn't move as he's speaking.

Audio problem: Just after the warden tells the inmates if Ricky can stay buried alive for seven days, he'll consider him a free man, his son runs up to the hole Ricky is in. He is heard laughing whilst running up to the hole, but his chest and stomach aren't shown moving along with the laughing, implying the laughs were dubbed in afterwards. (01:07:50)
Audio problem: On the plane, Crawford is talking about the first victim. He's out of frame as he mentions that she was the only victim he took the trouble to weigh down. Except for a brief moment, when you can see his lips, not in sync with his voice. (00:36:35)
