Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where John, Sarah, and The Terminator are in the Cyberdyne building. They have just come down in the lift into the lobby where the SWAT team are waiting and firing gas cylinders. Arnie says his "I'll be back" and walks out of the lift. The SWAT team issue various instructions, then say "OK - drop him!". Now - look carefully. The second they start to fire, look at the SWAT member who is furthest to the left and standing up. If you look right by his shoulder as soon as they start firing, what looks like a crew member walks into the scene, with his hands in his pockets. (01:58:51)
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning when Chuckie is turning on all the toys in the office, he flies a helicopter and the string is so visible its funny. The helicopter then crashes and you can still see it. In the next shot the man looks at it and there is no string. (00:11:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Johnny Utah jumps out of the plane in the last free fall scene, he jumped out without a parachute. If you look closely, you can see that the stuntman who did the jump has a huge parachute on underneath his shirt.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the headmaster's furniture is outside, the shadow of the camera can be seen. As the camera moves into a high-angle shot, the shadow grows bigger.
Visible crew/equipment: When the cop car chasing the tow truck does a complete flip in the air, a roll bar is clearly seen where there was none before.
Visible crew/equipment: Close to the end of the film when we see Joe in the woods with all the bad guys, he has his hand in the puppet that his daughter gave to him, now as the camera pans down from a wide shot, look to the right beyond the tree and there is a crewmember standing next to a red ladder, the shot is quick but very visible. Visible crew/equipment: When Denzel and Kevin are playing basketball in the beginning there are several low angle shots of their legs moving. The sun is behind the camera and the operator's shadow is visible.
Visible crew/equipment: Just after the police bus pulls over inside the prison, the camera moves forwards towards the side of the bus towards the front whilst one of the guards goes to open the bus door. When the guard walks around the driver side just before reaching the door to open it for the prisoners, the reflection of the camera crew can be seen reflected on the side of the bus. (00:03:10)
