Revealing mistake: In the scene where the Terminator and the T-1000 are fighting in the corridors of The Galleria, the Terminator has fired multiple shots at the T-1000. When he gets up off the floor, the Terminator throws him into the left wall and the impact hole is already visible before he hits. (00:31:45)
Revealing mistake: Near the start of the film, when Lt. Harley is watching his love interest show off by doing gymnastics on the tree limbs, several times you can see the actual pole she is swinging on, not the tree limb. (00:08:50)
Revealing mistake: When Friar Tuck hits his head on an over-hanging branch whilst on his cart, it is really obvious his head comes into contact much earlier than the added sound effect and his eventual reaction would suggest. Plus the branch bends and flexes backwards an awful lot - it's not resistant enough to knock someone out as depicted.
Revealing mistake: After Whitehurst is blown up by the grenade and Andy gets to him you can see Whitehurst blinking his eyes even though he is dead. (01:10:45)
Revealing mistake: In the junkyard, Leo and Raph grab a long pole and plough through several Foot Ninjas with it. It is painfully obvious the ninjas react to the pole before it ever hits them. Especially the guy on the ground. (00:53:20)
Revealing mistake: Gratuitous car explosions are nothing new in action films ... but this time the ambulance explodes in mid-air before even hitting anything. (00:32:22)
Revealing mistake: During the car smuggling scene where Van Damme is fighting on the boat one of the thugs slides/falls against the side of one of the cars. If you look closely, you can see the side view mirror on the car is made of rubber.
Revealing mistake: The fire engine often shows up on the scene without any hose in the hosebed (on back of the truck).
Revealing mistake: During the night surfing scene notice that the sun is evident in the background (look closely it does not appear long). There are also shots where you can see clouds and faint blue sky. Moments later you see Keanu and Lori sitting in the water with completely different lighting which was actually taken at night and further distinguishes that the surfing shots were not actually done at night time. I heard the scene was shot during the day with a filter so it looked like it was shot at night.
Revealing mistake: At the beginning, when all the guys are running away from the explosions in the war, you see a guy getting thrown into the air, but the black kickplate that propels him into the air is clearly visible.
Revealing mistake: When Dolph is shot, Brandon says, "It went straight through," meaning that the bullet went straight through Dolph's body. However when it cuts back to Dolph later you can see the bullet has entered the heart region. In other words the heart would most likely be damaged and Dolph would have been dead. (01:09:20)
Revealing mistake: When Rollie is hanging from the ladder and the bolt breaks, you can see the smoke from the exploding bolt. (00:42:50)
Revealing mistake: Close to the end of the film when Joe is in the woods with all the bad guys, he starts to shoot them, as he shoots the first bad guy, if you pause it before he shoots, you can see that there is a rather large lump in the guys forehead where he gets shot, obviously some kind of squib or something to make the effect of being shot in the head. (01:13:30)
Revealing mistake: About half an hour into the movie, when Frank is in the tank, he plows into a supposedly concrete zoo wall, which wobbles. Also, the wall splinters where it meets the sidewalk, revealing that the "wall" is actually a wood prop, and a flimsy one at that. Five seconds later, when people and animals are shown running out, the same wall is shown with a different shaped hole and pieces of concrete lying around it. Apparently the concrete pieces aren't too real either, as the camel kicks one around as easy as if it were made of foam. (00:30:25)
Revealing mistake: When Richie shoots the random woman, as soon as he grabs her head and shoots her, it is clear that it's a dummy.
Revealing mistake: When the Enterprise begins to leave the spacedock, the background inside spacedock (behind Enterprise) seems to move in two different directions, the top moves towards the right, the bottom towards the left.
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the film when a Judge is thrown out of the airplane, you can see a parachute is attached to him.
Revealing mistake: When David delivers the final kick to Sanga, he raises his left leg to kick but in the next frame it is his right leg which comes out and makes contact to Sanga's face. The right-leg is also a prop made of rubber as you can see the crews hand holding onto the thigh part and the rubber foot flopping/wobbling when contact is made. The following frame shows David bringing back his left leg after the right-legged kick.
Revealing mistake: When Ricky punches the prison wall, the wall can be seen beginning to break apart a second before Ricky's fist hits it. (01:29:59)
Revealing mistake: In the first shot of the club scene, where we see the clarinet up close, the ligature (the metal band that holds the reed in place) has been placed upside down. This would make it extremely difficult, if not, impossible for the clarinet to play a single note. So, the "clarinet player" physically could not play his instrument, even if he wanted to. (00:51:00)
