Corrected entry: In the episode when Jerry looks after Farfel The Dog, George and Elaine are at the coffee shop, when they start making fun of Jerry. George asks Elaine if she's ever seen Jerry throw up, and she starts acting like she has seen him throw up. But she could not possibly have seen Jerry throw up because the last he did was June 29th 1980, years before Elaine and Jerry ever met.
Corrected entry: At Kelly's birthday celebration, two different people hand Donna a glass of champagne in subsequent shots.
Correction: If you watch Donna when she is handed the first glass of champagne, she downs it quickly. Then someone else hands her another glass of champagne which she starts sipping on.
I, Whoops, There It Is - S6-E19
Corrected entry: If you look carefully at the mirrors during Will's visit to Karen and Ty, you can see the cameraman in the background.
Correction: That episode was a 'behind the scenes' type of episode, so it wouldn't matter if the audience saw sets, camera, and other equipment.
Corrected entry: When Victor plays back what he has just said on the tape recorder to Alfred to prevent him from repeating himself the tone of Victor's voice is very different, which means it must have been recorded separately and not from what he had just said.
Correction: I don't know what version you're watching but there is no difference between What Victor says and is repeated on the tape, the tone of the voice does not change, the words do not change, and when Margret plays back the "in the name of god go" section there is no difference.
Corrected entry: Jack McCoy asks his witness, an expert geneticist, what the odds are that a DNA sample presented in evidence matches that of the defendant. He answers "About one in two hundred." He just stated that the chances of a match are half of one percent! This is a huge, serious error on the part of an expert witness, and if he later tried to correct his mistake it would seriously undermine his credibility. The defence attorney repeats the mistake just a few seconds later while questioning him, but she doesn't see the mistake he has made, either. The odds he gave are the odds that the DNA sample DOESN'T match the defendant.
Correction: McCoy asks "what are the odds the semen came from someone other than Mr. Munoz" (the defendant). So he does state the odds correctly.
Corrected entry: In the earlier episodes, the sidewalk does not extend down the rest of the street outside the Buckets' house. If shown it ends after the neighbors driveway and their lawn extends to the road. However in later episodes when the sidewalk is shown, it extends all the way down the road and does not end until the next street.
Correction: This is not a mistake. The sidewalk has always been there. Its just looks like that due to the driveways being connected.
Correction: It was mentioned in a later episode that Jerry threw up ten years later on June 29.
