Visible crew/equipment: When Andy and the doll gets out of school, the whole film crew is reflected in the doors.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the souls are coming out of Freddy's chest, in the first close-up on the bottom left of the screen you can see a man's hand holding a black stick to manoeuvre the little arms. It's real fast but noticeable on standard play. (01:20:45)
Visible crew/equipment: When Nada is escaping with Holly, you can see the reflection of the film crew on the car. (00:44:15)
Visible crew/equipment: As Tina swerves off of the road after seeing her mum get killed by Jason in the middle of the road, if you look in the back of the car, you can see a camera set up, filming the shots in the back seat. (00:43:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When Loomis looks out the window for Michael, you can clearly see the cameraman's reflection (best seen on the Limited Edition DVD).
Visible crew/equipment: When Joey smashes the garage door open by reversing the car into it, you can see fluorescent lighting reflected in the car windows. The garage does not have fluorescent lighting fitted inside it.
Visible crew/equipment: When Carol-Anne is running away from Kane's voice in the garage, she ends up standing in a puddle, only to have hands pull her in seconds later. But when the camera moves down Carol-Anne's body to the puddle, you can see the platform the actress is standing on.
Visible crew/equipment: Crew and cameras can be seen reflected in the silver sphere numerous times, especially as the sphere is embedded in the crematory henchman's hand and back. My personal favourite is when the silver sphere flies into the Tall Man's head, in a frontal shot you can see two crewmembers standing by a large grey camera, reflected in the silver ball. (01:25:00)
Visible crew/equipment: In the bathroom, when Mike's ex-girlfriend is getting undressed to take a shower a long-necked clown jumps from out of the toilet. Anyone, and I mean anyone, can clearly see the arm of a white guy sticking out of the bottom of the clown's neck controlling the puppet.
Visible crew/equipment: In many shots which pan around people, the camera casts a shadow on them, eg. during the sex scene.
Visible crew/equipment: Toward the end of the film, when Pumpkinhead picks up the boy Bunt, by one foot, you can see the two lifting cables attached to the victim's foot.
Visible crew/equipment: Soon after Dennis dies via the Hobgoblin induced fantasy, Mr. McCreedy comes to check on him; when he gets to the door where they stopped earlier (where McCreedy told him not to proceed further down the hall), the actors' marks, T-marks in black duct tape, are visible on he floor where they stopped earlier.
Visible crew/equipment: When we first see the zombie climbing on the roof of the heroes car, you can see a red harness strap leading off screen, visible through the window. (00:43:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When the General is explaining to the scientist that everyone in the immediate area must be killed to contain the virus, the shadow of a crew member is seen on the wall behind the General.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Critters are in the restaurant, The Hungry Heffer, as the camera pans across some Critters eating lettuce and other food. If you look closely, you can see one of the puppeteers hands coming out of the bottom of a critter puppet. The puppeteer is wearing a dark shirt with what look like gloves.
Visible crew/equipment: When a very powerful gust of wind blows Jack out of the castle, a support wire can be seen attached to him.
Visible crew/equipment: When Tiffany almost falls off of the ledge, you can briefly see a wire on her back.
Visible crew/equipment: When Nicolas Cage returns to his apartment, you can see a crew member reflected in the mirror on the wall right after Cage passes in front of it. (00:11:35)
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the movie, as the hanging prostitute's corpse is dragged along the roof of the boat under the shocked eyes of the tourists, the shadow of the camera is visible on the seats as it passes on them.
