Plot hole: Why is it that no-one in the square owns a washing machine. Surely this would mean the launderette would always be crowded.
Plot hole: Tahnee was sent to boarding school when she got fired as a way to get her out of the show, but she was 17 and so isn't that a bit of a silly way to write her out? In Melbourne Australia, you can leave school if you wish at 15, so she in theory shouldn't be able to be forced into going to Boarding School.
Plot hole: Dorothy's son Michael is twenty-two years old in season three. When Sophia and Dorothy reminisce Brooklyn, NY, 1954, Dorothy asks Sophia to babysit her children, one of whom is Michael. Sophia refuses, so Dorothy says "I'll just leave them with Stan's mother." They talk about Michael screaming when Stan's mother was watching over them. If Michael was a baby in the fifties, he should be in his thirties in season three.
A Gummi By Any Other Name - S1-E9
Plot hole: The Changing Hat has the habit of transforming its wearer at the mere mention of a name (or even a species type, as seen before when Sunni accidentally transforms into an ogre). However, when Calla impersonates Igthorn and faces off against him, she loudly says the name "Toadwart" and doesn't transform.
The Beacon - S1-E26
Plot hole: Barrows introduces himself as "Dr. Dennis Barrows," and Teddy asks, "What's a doctor?" As the isolated villagers have never heard of doctors, Teddy would have no way to know that "Doctor" was a title/profession and not simply part of Barrows' name. He should have asked, "What kind of a name is Doctor?"
