Visible crew/equipment: When the clock tower ledge breaks, Doc Brown slips and loses his grip on the electric cable. In the next shot the stunt wire pulling the thick electric cable towards Doc's pants is visible. (01:37:50)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Burt and Spider take the cop car to go get help, after they back up from the group of zombies in the street. You can see a cameraman in the front passengers seat holding a camera with a blinking red light on his shoulder as they drive away.
Visible crew/equipment: Very close to the beginning of the film, when they first land the helicopter in the abandoned city, there is an alligator on the steps of a bank. A few seconds later when a zombie comes out of the bank and the alligator runs down the steps, you can see a red band covering his mouth (that wasn't there before) to prevent him from biting the actor. Visible crew/equipment: When Max enters Barter town for the first time, right before the shot where he hands over his weapons at the entrance, a microphone from filming can be seen in the upper left corner of the screen, rather obvious to spot although the background is dark.
Visible crew/equipment: During the party, Deb and Hilly join Gary and Wyatt in the bathroom, and when the boys step into the shower enclosure and close the glass door, a crewmember's moving reflection is visible on the shower head.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where doctor Hill's body is walking about on its own in the lab, it is more than obvious that there is a crew member stood behind it, pushing it forward.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the end when the Coast Guard is chasing the boat, there is a shot looking at Wilford Brimley. The perfect shadow of the camera can be seen since the light is directly behind the operator.
Visible crew/equipment: Jack just fished some junk out of the "Lost Angeles" sea. Reflected in the hubcaps, what appears to be (on the empty part of the beach) the camera crew. (00:07:50)
