Corrected entry: In one of the shots when you see Rodney is leaning against the wall at the begining of the episode, you can see a group of kids staring directly at the camera.
Corrected entry: When Arthur and Ford get flushed out of the Vogon ship, the airlock's exterior hatch changes from a sliding design (as seen inside the airlock) to a hinged design.
Correction: Actually, it would make quite a bit of sense that there are two doors. If one develops a leak, the other can still keep the air in.
The Hit Car - S1-E3
Corrected entry: While Bill and Ralph are arguing in the car, Ralph refers to Bill's injuries by saying "you look like an advert insurance company", which makes no sense. What he obviously meant to say was either "you look like an advert for an insurance company" or "you look like an insurance company advert."
Correction: He says "an ad for an insurance company", not advert.
Corrected entry: Many episodes of Dangermouse begin with the announcer describing Dangermouse's HQ as "a secret pillar box in Mayfair, W1". But what we see on the fence behind the pillar box is a sign saying "BAKER STREET". Baker Street is not in Mayfair, W1 - it is in Marylebone, NW1.
Correction: Obviously a security measure. You wouldn't expect them to broadcast Danger Mouse's real address, would you?
Correction: The kids might have been staring at the big group of people like kids do.
