Visible crew/equipment: When the ambassador and the photographer are in the cemetery getting attacked by the dogs there are men standing behind a tree. I'm assuming they're the trainers - they are located when the photographer is trying to hop the fence. Look in the back right hand corner - there are about two or three men standing there. (01:21:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When the train cars are decoupled, behind the vapor cloud, a person is hanging from the left side of the train car but does not resemble any of the characters in the scene. (01:47:00)
Visible crew/equipment: As King Kong jumps from one of the Twin Towers to the other, you can see the wires attached to him as he lands. (01:59:30)
Visible crew/equipment: As the house is crumbling in on itself in one of the last scenes, there are a couple of shots of the ceiling being pushed in by some 'unseen force'. If you look closely as the last bit is falling, you can catch a glimpse of a hand and black sleeve pushing it in.
Visible crew/equipment: When Bernstein rushes into the phone booth early in the movie, in the metal edge of the booth you can see a reflection of the camera man.
Visible crew/equipment: As Mario emerges into the house from the rain to get the bodies, a crew member is seen when he opens the second door. (01:04:05)
Visible crew/equipment: Around 23 minutes in, a crew member's head is reflected in a vehicle as it passes. The edge of the camera lens is also visible. (00:23:23)
Visible crew/equipment: When Lomenzo meets the real killer (or is it?) at the estate, you can tell which angles were shot by a certain camera, because there's some dirt/grass filament on the lower part of the lens that keeps popping in frame whenever it cuts to certain angles - such as the frontal shots with the man holding the rifle, or the close-up inside the cage.
