Continuity mistake: Hooper wears rimless eyeglasses, with the arms either attached at the upper corners of the lenses or at the sides of the lenses. If this didn't happen between shots within the same scenes, it could be presumed that Hooper has two different pairs of glasses and switches between the two, but they do indeed change between shots, such as when Mrs. Kintner slaps Brody, or even later, on the Orca. Continuity mistake: When the RV is pursued by a white truck and two cars towards the end of the film, the weather changes from hot and sunny to dull between shots.
Revealing mistake: When the motorbike randomly explodes after Terri and Dave get out of the car, it is obvious that the explosion does not come from the bike, but from the shrub behind it, which also happened to creep up closer between shots. (00:07:30)
