Continuity mistake: When the Batmobile is going to park (before the bomb scene) there is a sign saying "Mobey Dick Parking Only". When he is later carrying the bomb and passes by the Batmobile the sign is not there.
Continuity mistake: In the final scene at the sheriff's office, Mitchum has his feet up on the table top, and the boot soles are clean. But after Wayne walks out, there is suddenly a spot on a boot sole. (This is visible in the video)
Continuity mistake: The film is set on the Western Front during WWI but was filmed in Ireland in 1965. As George Peppard is driving to join his squadron for the first time the camera pans the horizon and loads of houses can be seen to have TV aerials.
Continuity mistake: When Blondie abandons Tuco in the desert, watch the rope around Tuco's neck. It changes between shots, sometimes over his left shoulder, and sometimes hanging down in front of him. It is not due to the camera angle.
Continuity mistake: When Charles Hawtry is about to be beheaded, someone comes up to him saying they have a message for him. He replies with, "Toss it in the basket and I'll read it later." So she throws it in the basket, but in the next shot when you see an overhead view of Hawtry, the basket is empty.
Continuity mistake: When Matt and Gail first pull over in the station wagon to spend the night, the car is parked at an angle between the trees. Later when it starts to rain, the car is parked straight.
Continuity mistake: When rescuing Burt Lancaster whilst tied upside down in the canyon, watch the two bandits behind Lee Marvin when he jumps down, as they retrieve the rifles stood up against the rocks twice.
Continuity mistake: When Matt and Suzie get into Suzie's black convertible there's no rear view mirror, but then a mirror appears, disappears, and reappears. Then, when they've switched cars its rear view mirror also plays the vanishing game while they're still being chased.
Continuity mistake: The car Joey gets into at the moonshiners is a white 2 door 1957 Chevrolet, When he is driving along the winding road the car is now a white 1955 Chevrolet, but when he is run off the road the car that goes down the embankment is the 1957 Chevrolet again.
