Visible crew/equipment: When Professor Higgins is having Eliza practice saying the letter H by blowing into a tube to make the flame waver, the paper she's holding is actually Rex Harrison's lines. Once the paper starts to burn and the camera angle changes, you can read them and it's practically all of his lines for the whole scene.
Visible crew/equipment: In the opening credits two cameramen are seen in the reflection of the window. (00:01:00)
Visible crew/equipment: In the shot when Sean Connery gets another bottle of wine out of the freezer you can see the shadow of the camera as it moves to the right. (00:15:45)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Bedford hits the ceiling in the Cavorite-covered chair, the thick metal cable attaching the chair to the ceiling is visible to the right of Bedford. It is NOT, as I initially suspected, part of a lamp or some other bit of scenery - at one point you can actually see it move as it pulls Bedford up and down.
Visible crew/equipment: In the beginning, when Dino is stopped by the police, the stage lights are reflected on his sun glasses.
Visible crew/equipment: Paul Mantee's helmet reflects two stage lights often when he is supposedly outside.
Visible crew/equipment: When Joe (Clint Eastwood) meets Ramón for the first time in the courtyard, they exchange a few words and then walk a short distance to a table to continue their conversation. As they walk the shadow of the boom microphone is cast on one of the pillars (the pillar with the man leaning against it and holding a rifle). (00:28:32)
Visible crew/equipment: During the pre-bomb drop check near the end, there is an exterior shot of the plane. Look in the top-right quadrant of the screen, and you'll see the camera crew reflected in the window glass of the camera plane.
Visible crew/equipment: An angry aspiring home buyer tosses a tomato inside the office of Fakrash and Ventimore, but the rancid veggie boomerangs on him when the genie summoning his powers reverses the flow of time causing the tomato to fly where it came from. Well, that's the idea, while in fact you can see a literal stagehand actually throwing the tomato in the actor's face. (01:17:55)
Visible crew/equipment: In the first shot of our heroes being given their assignment, something, presumably a crew member, can be seen intruding into the frame to the right of Barbara Windsor and casting a shadow on the desk. (00:11:50)
Visible crew/equipment: As Mary Poppins walks over to put the hat stand in place, the shadow of the camera plays on her dress.
Visible crew/equipment: The shadow of a camera and cameraman are revealed on the left side while the President (Frederic March) is moving from one room to another (door jamb), after learning about Martin Balsam's death. (01:20:00 - 01:21:00)
Visible crew/equipment: The boom mic's shadow is visible on the walls and columns of the squad room as the medical examiner and detective walk through it.
Visible crew/equipment: While Shannon is driving the tour bus, there's a long shot of the bus speeding down the hill, and in the next exterior closeup facing the windshield, we can see the reflection of the camera. (00:26:40)
