Revealing mistake: When Moses takes the first journey up Mt. Sinai for his very first view of the burning bush, the walking scene shot has Charlton Heston following the camera as the camera dollys backwards towards the bush. As Heston and the camera movement comes to a halt, two long tire tracks in the sand created by the dolly truck that housed the camera and cameraman can be seen. (02:09:55)
Revealing mistake: In the scene right after they leave Scar's wigwam, when Ethan and Martin are speaking to each other around their camp you are able to see a small brown dot right above the sandy hills. This dot is the character Debbie's head while she is waiting for her cue before she runs in to the scene.
Revealing mistake: When the German cruiser Graf Spee is seen leaving Montevideo harbour for the last time it is flying the American Stars and Stripes flag from the aft observation platform tower.
Revealing mistake: When Jordan and Jett go into the liquor storage room for Jordan to teach Jett a lesson for beating up Jordie, Jordan instead throws a large wine basket at the shelves of wine/alcohol. The shelves start to fall before the basket even hits them. (02:44:55)
Revealing mistake: Toward the end of the film, when Claire Anderson enters the cave where the monster is waiting, she passes a distinctive rock formation. In a later scene, where she is going further into the cave, she again passes the same rock formation.
