Continuity mistake: When the SGT is in the interrogation room, as Gibbs sits down, the SGT's hands are on the table. Camera cuts to Gibbs sitting down, but look behind him at the mirror and the Sargent's hands are not on the table in the reflection. (00:33:20)

Camera shows a closeup of the head of the match being extinguished, but it is just the head that is alight. It is not burnt to his fingers. It also goes from horizontal to vertical. (00:36:50)
