Continuity mistake: When Squad 51 is dispatched and headed to their destination, interior shots looking out the windshield are shown. It is only in these shots that the Dodge truck's red hood has vents on its right and left sides. There is no such thing in any exterior shots of Squad 51. The hood's style also changes.

Continuity mistake: Responding to the elevator call, in the overhead shot Squad 51 pulls up adjacent to the street awning when Gage and DeSoto get out, but in the next ground shot the squad is 20-25 feet farther down.

Continuity mistake: When John first explains how to rescue the little girl in the hole, he wraps his left hand around his right wrist, but in the next shot it's his right hand that's around his left wrist.

Continuity mistake: When Gage rides in the ambulance with the cardiac and gunshot patients, the windows between him and the drivers are opaque glass. In the next exterior shot, as they drive down the street, those interior windows are transparent.

Continuity mistake: When the firemen cover the tanker in foam, the paramedics and ambulance drivers extract the tanker driver and place the patient on the stretcher they all get covered in foam, including the stretcher. Next shot, the stretcher, the patient and the men are all clean.

Continuity mistake: At the station, when Gage and DeSoto are eating the meal DeSoto prepared, the sealed milk container is suddenly open and then sealed again, between shots. It changes position as well.

Continuity mistake: In many of the interior shots of the paramedic cab, as it heads to the destinations, there is a rear view mirror on the windshield. In all the exterior shots there is no rear view mirror.

Continuity mistake: Brian wears sneakers with white laces during the race. In the close-ups of his feet on the brakes, they're laced up differently through the eyelets. (00:10:00 - 00:14:50)

Continuity mistake: When Anthony first arrives at Judge Turpin's house, he sits on the bench across the street. This bench is positioned on the sidewalk between the iron gate's two large stone pillars. During this scene, the position of the actual bench changes, moving noticeably closer to either the left or right pillar, depending on the given camera angle.

Continuity mistake: After Ed and Shaun pull up to Phil and Barbara's house, the garbage bins move around by the time the zombie falls backwards onto them. (00:40:30)

Continuity mistake: In the yard, when Shaun stabs the blue robe zombie, the metal pole still sticks out of his chest a good 4-5 feet, but when Dianne gives her zombie acting lessons the pole barely sticks out of the zombie's chest. (00:56:30)

Continuity mistake: At John's pub, when Liz has a look at Barbara's bloody wound, it is about 2" above her left wrist, but when Shaun lifts his mum's sleeve, it's about 6" above her left wrist. (01:12:30)

Continuity mistake: When Ed and Shaun use Pete's car, the rearview mirror changes its characteristics between shots. Things such as being large with perfect 90° angles to being smaller and having curvier edges or being attached to the black unit on the car ceiling to being attached to the windshield. Continuity mistake: In the study there is a large beige rug, which encompasses most of the room and has furniture on it, that moves farther away from the step up to the doorway as the scenes progress.

Continuity mistake: After Simon gets dressed, when he and Martha go downstairs, in the shot facing them his suit jacket is hardly on and it is very disheveled, just as Simon begins the congratulatory handshakes. In the next side shot, his suit jacket is on quite properly.

Continuity mistake: In the study, when Peter shows Daniel the photos, Daniel places the first photograph (at Regent's Park) on the desk and holds the second. In the close-up of the desk, as Daniel holds the second photo, the photograph on the desk is actually a different photo than what was just placed on the desk. (00:39:50)

Continuity mistake: Prince Henry rides up to the manor to return the horse to the Baroness, and when Marguerite and Jacqueline stumble over themselves to greet the Prince, Marguerite's long hair braid ends up over her head beside her cheek, which she promptly flips to the back of her head. Yet, this braid reappears and disappears repeatedly in the following shots. (00:25:30)
