Home Alone (1990)

Corrected entry: When Fuller is drinking a Pepsi, a crew member is reflected on his glasses. (00:09:00)

dell

Correction: This is a bit of a stretch, the house is full of people all sat eating pizza around Fuller. Could simply be one of them.

The Rhinitis Revelation - S5-E6

Other mistake: When Mary is rubbing VapoRub on Sheldon's chest, she makes a comment that last time she saw that there was no hair, to which Sheldon replies "Yeah it filled in last year." In Season 1, Episode 11, Penny rubs VapoRub on Sheldon's chest and a very clear remark about chest hair was made. Season 1 for the show was 4 years ago.

Suggested correction: Sheldon is probably joking when he tells Mary his chest hair filled in the previous year.

Sheldon doesn't make jokes.

Ssiscool

He doesn't understand sarcasm, hence, doesn't know when to be sarcastic.

ckbyers

If Sheldon didn't make jokes, the term "Bazinga" would have never came into play. Ever.

ckbyers

And nearly all instances of Bazinga are not used in a funny circumstance. Indicating poor judgement and lack of knowledge regarding jokes.

Ssiscool

They were funny to him. And to the audience.

lionhead

Google "how many times has Sheldon said "Bazinga" " - and it'll explain that he does, indeed - joke.

ckbyers

Corrected entry: When you first visit the yacht owned by Mercedes' father, two of the guests there are Pastor Richards and B.J Smith. Yet if you listen to "K Chat" or "VCPR" after you leave, they are both being interviewed on the radio at the same time.

Correction: Some radio stations pre record interviews or replay interviews. They simply could have done that.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning while John is talking with Winston at the hotel, the sun changes between shots. (00:28:00)

Suggested correction: No it doesn't.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: After John gets his car back in the second scene, he gets chased by a motorcycle. John opens his car door to knock the biker off, and as the bike flips the stunt actor/CGI model totally disappears. (00:09:15)

Skina

Correction: The biker flips up out of camera shot. Not a mistake.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: In the beginning when John is in the car leaving the warehouse there is a yellow sticker on the windshield, when he gets home and is pulling into his garage it's a green sticker. (00:00:15)

Earl Salyer

Correction: From the moment he first uncovers his car, it's a green sticker.

Ssiscool

In the garage where he uncovers it there is a view of the car and it is yellow.

By the light it appears yellow but it is green.

Show generally

Corrected entry: Throughout season 1 - 3 the rangers call upon the zords. We then see them all get into their zords. However, when they go for the megazord, we see the saber tooth tiger, Triceratops, Mastodon and T-Rex all combine and form "tank mode." We then see inside the cockpit of the megazord at this stage and all 5 rangers are present. They then switch to battle mode whereby the megazord stands up and the Pterodactyl comes in and joins together creating the shield on the megazord's chest. However, up until the pterodactyl joins the others, Kimberly shouldn't be in the main cockpit as we've seen her in her zord.

Ssiscool

Correction: The Pterodactyl zord sits on the shoulder section of the T-Rex, while in tank mode.

Correction: It's possible, and quite likely, that her Zord has some sort of autopilot. At the very least, that maneuver (which is identical every time) could easily be computerized.

Greg Dwyer

To a degree I agree with the statement above, however, we see Kimberly get into her Zord. How could she then, move to the main Megazord.

Ssiscool

Correction: There is a tunnel system built in so all the rangers can reach the main controls.

Yes there is a tunnel system but Kimberly is seen in her Zord before they merge. So how could she travel down the tunnel before her Zord joins the rest?

Blackadder (1986)

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: The plane is shot on the right hand side, which we don't see after the bullets hitting the plane. We also never see the bottom of the plane the first time so don't know if the fuel is leaking.

Blackadder (1986)

Plan D: Private Plane - S4-E4

Other mistake: When we first see the plane that Blackadder and Baldrick are flying, the machine gun on top of it is firing. There are 3 mistakes here. 1) We don't hear the gun fire. Cannot be argued by the plane drowning it out, as we later hear the Red Baron's gun firing. 2) In the next shot, the gun has stopped firing. 3) The fact the gun is firing is ignored by Blackadder and Baldrick. They are too busy on keeping the plane level - the whole flying scene was obviously archive footage of WWI planes flying.

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: OK a few points. 1. The baron and Blackadder are flying different kinds of plane. One could be louder than the other. 2. Gunners have to stop occasionally. So the gun stopping isn't a mistake. 3. We don't know for definite if they are ignoring the gun. This is speculation at best.

Blackadder (1986)

Plan C: Major Star - S4-E3

Visible crew/equipment: During the general's speech about how Blackadder is the person to organise a concert party, look at the entrance to the trench. In one shot you can see a crew member moving a giant cloth. You see mostly the movement, but you can catch a glimpse of the crew member's face. (00:06:50)

Suggested correction: It's a trench filled with curious soldiers. Could be anyone. Not necessarily a crew member.

Show generally

Plot hole: For the past 5 series, Bulk and Skull have been in every episode. They've seen villains from other galaxies (Lord Zedd, Rita Repulsa, The Machine Empire, and Divatox) who have all sent monsters to Angel Grove and threatened Bulk and Skull on countless occasions. They've even been turned into monkeys and made invisible by space creatures. Why do they feel the need to spend Series 6 seeing if alien life exists? Surely 5 series worth of aliens is enough proof?

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: Bulk and Skull are very dim witted and would like to find alien life so they can get famous, not realising everyone knows alien life exists.

Ssiscool

They are very dim-witted but surely not that dim-witted.

Suggested correction: They do not spend the series seeing if alien life exists. Their first scene in the season is them spotting Astronema's ship through a telescope and yelling UFO. They know. It's another one of their kooky schemes to get rich by being the first to discover these aliens and getting rich off it. (they were out looking for an undiscovered comet) They even get Professor Phenomena who's already been doing this before they were. It always felt like a play on Peter Parker getting rich off selling photos of Spiderman. But, dumber. I mean come on they tried catching a rabbit with carrots because they thought it was an alien. Stupid idea yes. Plot hole. No. It tracks with their characters.

DetectiveGadget85

Suggested correction: Think about it They have no reason to believe that they are aliens from space. They look human or could have been created by humans. It could have been a form of magic. Plus we never know what the news or the government is telling the public to normalize these situations. They don't actually know where they came from.

DetectiveGadget85

This is only a theory. Theories never solve mistakes.

No one in Angel Grove, believes them when they say they've seen aliens. It's been a running gag since Zeo. Go back and look at King For a Day Part II, after they got back from being kidnapped. Even the professor is viewed as a kook for believing in the existence of aliens.

DetectiveGadget85

Bete Noire - S1-E16

Corrected entry: When Kate pretends to be Abby, trying to trick Ari, he deduces that she's not upon seeing her gun in its holster, and doesn't pick up on the more blatantly obvious fact that her manner of dress doesn't match Ducky's description of Abby as a Goth.

Cubs Fan

Correction: Ari doesn't see Kate until he looks and sees the gun. So he can't tell just by her voice.

Jigsaw (2017)

Plot hole: Spoilers. It's revealed that the barn game takes place at an old farmhouse owned by the family of Jill Tuck - Jigsaw's widow. It's public knowledge that she was married to Jigsaw and that buildings they owned served as the headquarters of several past traps, so the barn should have been investigated at some point in the meantime. Ten years have passed. It makes no sense that the barn was never investigated and that the bodies of the barn victims were never discovered.

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: The game was unknown to police even 10 years after John died. Now they've found all his other games and his multiple lairs. There would be no need to continue the search.

Ssiscool

Hogwash. They would have definitely searched known properties associated with Kramer and his family.

I agree. In the second Saw movie, the police discover that John Kramer is Jigsaw. With this knowledge, not only would the police be able to freeze his assets but, they would be able to look into his financial records and look into any properties he owns like houses, warehouses, etc. Since the cops now have a face and a name, it's a very big plot hole why they never searched his home or any other places. If they had, more traps would have been found and confiscated.

Left for Dead - S1-E10

Corrected entry: When Gibbs discovers the body in the hotel room he is on the phone with Kate. As Kate starts to describe the man Suzanne remembered, Gibbs interrupts and describes the dead man, including his tie. The camera then pans over to show the man lying face down. There is no way Gibbs could have seen his tie.

April Guthrie Farmer

Correction: DiNozzo is by the body indicating there was enough time for them to look at the body before the phonecall takes place.

Ssiscool

Corrected entry: At the beginning the reporter says it has been a year since flight 180 where 40 students and 4 faculty members of the school were killed. However in the first film the female teacher asks for one adult to get back on the flight with the kids as they were unsupervised. This means there were only two teachers, not four, and only one ends up on the plane and dies in the crash.

Correction: Or if you look on the Corrections page for FD1, Mrs. Lewton probably meant that she didn't want two teachers to be alone with a bunch of students.

Correction: This is a simple error in reporting which happens.

Ssiscool

Correction: Ms Lewton says the students are "unsupervised" so yeah, must just be an error.

The Bad Fish Paradigm - S2-E1

Corrected entry: When Sheldon mentions to Leonard, Raj, and Howard that he is moving out, Raj asks Leonard "Did you pronounce the 't' in often?" This statement in context implies that it makes Sheldon angry when someone pronounces the 't' in often. However, Leonard and other characters do this multiple times throughout the series with Sheldon never commenting on it.

Ashish_Agrawal

Correction: Sheldon is also very particular about things in certain episodes. It's not out of character for certain ticks to disappear and reappear throughout.

Furious 7 (2015)

Corrected entry: After Dom and Brian crash the Prince's car through the wall, they come to a stop. Next shot shows the elevator door opening and Shaw walks out. How did Shaw know that the team was in Abu Dhabi and for that matter what building plus what floor they were on?

Correction: Shaw is an expert tracker and "a shadow" "capable of slipping in and out of places without being detected" all this just shows he is tracking the team and following them.

Furious 7 (2015)

Corrected entry: By the time Roman leaves the plane he is miles off course if not a couple of hundred miles off course, even with the guided GPS he still wouldn't make it to the landing site.

Correction: To suggest that he could be "a couple of hundred" miles off course is complete rubbish. Planes have an average cruising speed of around 550mph or 9.2 miles per minute. Given that Rome was at max, 4 minutes later out he could only be 36 miles off course. Now, as We never see Roman's chute open, we don't know when it was opened. If opened high enough it is entirely possible for the chute to guide him back on course.

Fast & Furious 8 (2017)

Continuity mistake: Near the end, the Russian chase vehicle fires a grenade at Hobbs' vehicle. The tube on the top far right is used and can be seen open. When that same vehicle goes for the second shot at Hobbs, the tube that was used before is unused now. When Dom hits the vehicle shortly after that there is a very close shot that shows that despite having just fired another round the array of tubes is again unused. (01:51:05 - 01:51:55)

Suggested correction: There are at least 2 vehicles with grenade tubes on them.

Ssiscool

That is correct. As you can see different ones being destroyed during the chase.
