Continuity mistake: In the helicopter chase, Bond is running around carrying the Lektor. It is supposed to weigh 10 kg. You can tell an object's weight by how easily it can move from side to side. That box does not weigh 10 kg - it swings way too much, too fast, and too easily.

Other mistake: At the station in Zagreb, the clock shows approximately 12:30 am. After carrying on, Bond, Tania, and Grant go to the restaurant car. That is quite a late dinner - and they aren't even alone in there. When they get the food, it must be around 1:00 am at the earliest.

Jacob La Cour

Audio problem: When Tania and Bond are in bed the first time, and Bond says, "Well I hope you are not disappointed," his mouth doesn't match the words.

Continuity mistake: At the gypsy camp, at the end the belly dance, we see Bond at the table with Kerim. In the first shot, there is about ½ meter of empty table between Kerim and the corner. Bond is at the end of the table. In the next shot, Kerim is right at the corner with his right hand very close to Bond's elbow. (00:40:30)

Continuity mistake: In the scene in the underground reservoir, Bond and Kerim set off in the little boat. There is a clip of the oar, which is turned over a few times to shake off some rats. In that clip, the oar does not move forward in the water (as can be seen from the air bubbles in the water). In the next clip the boat is moving again. A boat takes a little way to get completely still. It is implausible that Kerim would stop the boat completely to shake off the rats, and then start moving again. The clip with the rats must have been made afterwards with a stationery oar. (00:34:10)

Continuity mistake: In the chess game, when Kronstein has moved the queen, and we see a closeup of the large wall board, where the queen is moved - in the next clip when we see the wide shot of the room, the queen has not yet been moved. (00:06:50)

Continuity mistake: In the scene at Kerim Bey's office, the pillows on his mistress's bed move between shots. (The center pillow lies much lower in the second shot than in the first).

Copycat (1995)

Continuity mistake: At the first crime scene, when MJ walks into the bathroom, two candles are lit, and look to be about half burnt. The forensic says the victim has been dead for 8 hours. Those candles must have been VERY tall, if they have burnt for 8 hours. And I doubt the police lit them to brighten the scene.

Revealing mistake: When Bond and Kerim are sailing in the underground reservoir, just before they arrive at the Russian Consulate, there is a closeup of the oar moving through the water. At the bottom of the screen there is a white object moving through the water. It is not clear what it is, but it is not there in any of the other shots of the boat - neither before nor after. It could be the leg of a crew member pushing the boat. (00:33:50)

Factual error: When the train arrives in Belgrade the clock on the station shows 6.32. It is dark! That is not only 32 minures since the location where Bond was suppoesd to get off the train, where it was bright daylight. Furthermore it is shown that the train passes through Bulgaria and Yugoslavia. That will take more than 32 minutes. However it must be evening and not morning, because it continues to be dark in the next clips where the train drives to Zagreb.

Plot hole: Bond doesn't take Grant's watch in 'From Russia with love'. How did he get it, so he could have it in his office?

Jacob La Cour

Factual error: When the train passes the road crossing where it should have stopped - at 6pm - it is very bright daylight, and the sun is high in the sky (which can be seen from the shadows, among others those cast by the car on the road). The sun is never so high at 6pm in western Turkey/eastern Greece. That scene has been shot earlier in the day.

Continuity mistake: In the close-up where we see Krinelcu get shot, he is resting his legs on a flat surface just below our view. That is clear on the position of his legs and the movements of his body. He is kneeling on a floor. But in the clips we have seen of the house it is clear that the poster is painted on a completely flat building. There is no ledge for him to be resting on. Also in the shot where he falls from the lighted opening, no ledge is visible.

Copycat (1995)

Continuity mistake: In the final scene, when Helen is hanging, the killer pokes her with the blade of the scalpel. But it doesn't even cut a scratch in her chin. It is so sharp, and he is pushing so hard, that it should have cut her - had it been sharp for real.

Character mistake: In the scene at Kerim Bey's office, when the bomb goes off, we see a heavy desk topple over. Bey says he was saved because he was relaxing on the couch with a girl. But he wasn't at the desk before either. He was sitting in some sort of sofa arrangement in a different corner of the room. We don't even see the desk before the bomb goes off. (00:32:05)

Suggested correction: Kerim is saying that had he been sat at the desk, he would have been killed and luckily for him he was relaxing on the couch.

Continuity mistake: Just before the girl fight at the gypsy camp, Bond's coffee cup moves between shots. In the first clip after we see the girls enter the scene, the withe rimmed coffee cup is at the corner of the table, to the left of Bond's plate. In the next clip is is right next to the coffee pot and the plate. In the clip in between, Bond sits perfectly still, and the cup is visible, so it was not moved there. (00:41:40)

Broken Arrow (1996)

Continuity mistake: The mine is 600 meters deep. Deakins offloaded the bomb at ground level, started sending the elevator down, and then dropped two hand grenades down the shaft. In the next clip the elevator is at the bottom of the shaft, and the grenades hit the bomb. For that to happen the elevator must have free-fallen to the bottom, not descended as we see it.

Broken Arrow (1996)

Factual error: The train is supposed to be heading East. But in several shots, the sun is on the left side of the train (and still high in the sky). The left side of the train would be Northwest (or North) and the sun would not be there.

Continuity mistake: When Terry is hanging on the side of the train, she shifts between being on the sun side and the shadow side of the train.

Broken Arrow (1996)

Continuity mistake: When Terry's jeep explodes, we can see the bullet holes in the hood. They are all circular. But when shot from the helicopter from low in front of the car, the holes would be elongated.
