A View to a Kill (1985)

Continuity mistake: Bond's air tank is perforated on the middle after he has thrown it into the propeller blade. But it would have been hit in the end, not in the middle, after being pushed into a fast spinning blade. (01:01:30)

A View to a Kill (1985)

Factual error: Zorin throws a 2 liter bottle of gasoline on the elevator in which Bond and Stacy are trapped. The fire from gasoline is nowhere near hot enough to melt a steel elevator cable. (01:26:30)

A View to a Kill (1985)

Continuity mistake: When the Rolls sinks its back end is pointing upwards; the front end going down in a steep angle. But when Bond is getting out of it and gets air from the tires it is upside down. And the surface is not far away. It is impossible that it could have turned over. (00:51:10)

Suggested correction: Actually it's entirely possible. The very last seconds where the back bumper is visible the car is completely vertical. Similar to the stern of the Titanic. As the cur goes under it could easily just drift backwards and end up on its roof.

A View to a Kill (1985)

Revealing mistake: When Bond and Ivanova are at the Japanese spa, steam is coming from somewhere in front of the water, not from the water itself. (01:05:10)

Continuity mistake: When the Zeppeliner turns back towards Berlin, it is over snow covered mountains. But when the Joneses escape in the biplane there is no sign of snow anywhere.

Continuity mistake: When Elsa is looking out over the Canyon of the Crescent Moon, the sun is low - it is close to sunset. However when Indy is riding through the very narrow canyon, the sunlight reaches the bottom. It is not the same time of day (or later the same day).

Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When Indy gives his father water from the grail to drink, the grail glows from inside, and the gold inside it is bright and even. But when Indy pours water over the wound, the grail is dark inside and there are dark patches in the gold. Obviously, they had to take the light that made the grail glow out so it wouldn't be seen when Indy pours the water over his father.

Jacob La Cour

Continuity mistake: Indy pours water from the grail into his father's mouth. Between two consecutive shots, the position of Indy's hand changes and the direction he pours changes 90 degrees.

Jacob La Cour

Continuity mistake: When Indy is looking up at the front of the Grail temple it is bathed in direct sunlight. Indy dismounts his horse in the shadow. However, in the shot just before dismounting, the cliffs behind Indy are also bathed in direct sunlight. That is impossible.

Continuity mistake: When the military caravan with Brody is driving through the canyon towards the Joneses and Sallah, the sun is behind Brody (discernable by the shade). But when Indy is looking down on them - from the front - the sun is also behind him.

Continuity mistake: The shape of the exploded canon barrel on the tank changes a lot in the different shots. Especially between the scene right after the explosion and the scene where Indy is hanging under the barrel.

Moonraker (1979)

Continuity mistake: In the final scene, in the live transmission from the shuttle, there is a full shot of Bond and Holly who are covered by a sheet, and they are at least 4 meters from the camera. In the next shot Bond's face is right in the camera, and he can reach over and turn it off.

Audio problem: When Bond shoots Fatima with the pen, first the is a small puff-sound, and then a larger boom-sound after the projectile hits her, but before it explodes. What makes the second sound? (01:28:35)

Suggested correction: The pen rocket didn't use an impact detonator, so the miniature rocket had to expend all its fuel before its explosive payload detonated. That was the weapon's malfunction when Bond tried to use it on Fatima Blush: the rocket did not expend all its fuel and simply lodged in her clothing. Then the rocket fuel reignited, producing a sputtering hiss for a moment before the powerful explosives actually detonated, blasting Fatima into confetti.

It's also a three-stage blast. The first bang is Fatima's torso detonating (which is actually not that large an explosion), followed by another blast that disperses fuel for the third blast, which was pretty powerful for an indoor explosion.

Continuity mistake: When Bond and Largo are playing Domination - in the round about The World - Largo is in pain when viewing his face close up, but in a short clip, where he can be seen through the playing screen, he is smiling. (01:16:05)

Factual error: When Lippe bumps into the shelves with glasses they are all upright. It is impossible for one of the glass pipes to go straight into his back. It would require the glass was lying flat on the shelf. (00:22:25)

Jacob La Cour

Revealing mistake: After the opening scene, M is viewing it all on tape. But the tape shows the scene in the same way as the audience saw it - the line of sight is changing, zooming in etc., much more than hidden surveillance cameras could accomplish. (00:04:20)

Indecent Proposal (1993)

Continuity mistake: When David and John are playing billiards, in one shot the purple and orange ball are next to a side pocket. In the next shot, both the orange and the purple are next to a corner pocket.

Indecent Proposal (1993)

Continuity mistake: In the scene at the restaurant where Diana pulls the table cloth of John's table, one of the other guests gets food all over his jacket, but in the subsequent clips the amount of white on the jacket changes significantly.

Thunderball (1965)

Other mistake: The tape recorder in Bond's room spins very fast, and the tape is not that big. It would have to have been started not long before Bond came back, and could not possibly have been running all day.
