Midori no chikyû wa makasetoke - S1-E2
Other mistake: When Yurika restarts the Nadesico, one of the screens pop up with a huge congratulatory "SAFATY ROCK OFF." (00:18:05)

Other mistake: The "Young Man's Diary" the protagonist reads in the prison cell contains a major inconsistency - it is dated October 10th, saying the escape will happen at 11 PM, but other diary entries such as Janitor Andy's and Commander Vincent's contradict it saying the escape happened "the night before" on their October 10th entry. It also has a strange name ("Fellipe", quite unlikely spelling of his prison mate's name) and a typo ("Unit B will use a rope climb down", missing "to" or "and").

Other mistake: Freeze's hideout is in an abandoned oil rig, with its tanks full to the brim of oil. You'd think the company owning it would have drained the millions of dollars' worth of content first, before 'abandoning' it.
11th Oct 2019
Other mistake: When Bruce Wayne is searching the database after the nurse leaves Dick's room, the screen initially has the vital stats (height, age etc) of Nora, Mr. Freeze's wife. (00:32:00)

Other mistake: Catwoman faces three random guys in the alley, trying to kill Batman. The one with the red jacket first pulls out from his pants a baseball bat (!), then he attacks her with a crowbar. (00:12:20)

Other mistake: In the Italian dub, Dr. McTiernan talks to the two Chinese women with both of them speaking the language, making the dialogue quite paradoxical (since the point of the scene is that the older woman speaks only Chinese and the other has to act as translator). Not just that, but she introduces herself as Dr. "McTiernenson", for the one and only time in the movie. (00:21:10)

Other mistake: In this series (the first season of Ranma ½, as it is known in western adaptations), the voice actress for female Ranma in the first 6 episodes of the English version (Viz Media) is played by Brigitta Dau, whose name is misspelled as Brigetta Dau in the credits. The ending credits were remade only in episode 11, so she is still credited for 3 episode where she did not appear and Venus Terzo, who took over after her, is uncredited for episodes 7-10.

Ranma to Ranma? Gokai ga tomaranai - S1-E4
Other mistake: Nabiki pours a bucket of cold water and then a teapot of hot water over Ranma as he sleeps, but he does not wake up. Some heavy sleeper. Also, all of this somehow leaves just a warm patch under her groin area, leading to the obvious misunderstanding. But her pillow and other half of the futon should be drenched too. (00:09:05)

The Disappearance of Mr. Davenheim - S2-E5
Other mistake: When Japp and the bobby arrest the pickpocketer, the dialogue says "It was only last week that we put him inside for three months" which obviously does not make sense. In the original story he did the 3 months of jail the year before, and this has to be a flub in the lines of this TV version (it is specified also that he did those in the winter, so the Sergeant can't possibly mean that he was released last week). The Disappearance of Mr. Davenheim - S2-E5
Other mistake: Lowen allows Hastings inside his Bugatti, but then leaves to join a member of his staff who beckoned him. We actually see him in front of the staffer and the person with him. Cue Japp, who has then a little comical interlude with Hastings for about 20 seconds. Cut then to Lowen who.is just now being introduced to the guy he came over to greet. Surely he has not been standing in awkward silence all that time. And even if we assume that this conversation is supposed to happen simultaneously to the Hastings and Japp show, it is half as short, meaning it would have cut into their antics when he ends it by yelling at them. (00:23:15)
10th Oct 2019
Other mistake: Japp manages to coordinate the pincer action of the 3 police cars using a very broad map and no real information about the whereabouts of the suspect. The whole scene is rather silly, it would work in a modern thriller with a GPS, perhaps, not with toy cars and a street map of London.
10th Oct 2019
Other mistake: Poirot, Hastings and The Veiled Lady go upstairs because the lobby is 'too public'. The man spying on them is hiding behind the same newspaper prop used in the previous episode of the season, where Hastings was reading it in Cornwall at the beginning. So must be a pretty old issue now (Peril at End House takes a few days, and they were on holiday). (00:07:40)
9th Oct 2019
Other mistake: The list of the previous jobs and aliases of Rick displayed on the computer bears an inconsistency, as "Gordon Connover" from Atlantic City is an identity listed as being over in December 15 1979, but "Harding Bennett" begins on October 16th of the same year in Cleveland. (00:12:50)
9th Oct 2019
Other mistake: The first event that lets you befriend him contains the line "Mondo and I went to the dining hall", with a fade to black. One of the very few possible times to have Free time with Mondo can be triggered in the Dining Hall in chapter 2, so you 'go' where you already are.
9th Oct 2019
Other mistake: In Chapter 3, when Jiro is found in the pool, the narration says "Without a missing a bit, Hina started putting on the Robo Justice costume." Bit for "beat", obviously.
9th Oct 2019
Other mistake: In Chapter 3, the kids find the computer with Alter Ego. The text says the computer screen glows "a pale green", but the artwork shows a unequivocally blue hue.
9th Oct 2019
Other mistake: At the end of the 6th mission, the assault on Pluto, the capital ship led by Schultz escapes. Before making a run for it, it says "Full speed ahead! Destroy the Yamato!", which is probably a mistranslation, since there is no attempt on destroying the Yamato, their reason to move 'full speed ahead' is to escape and in fact any surviving force is retreating together with him.
9th Oct 2019
Other mistake: The Megadrive port of this game for the European market has an added introduction which suffers from some translation problems, generating the mother of all internet memes "All your bases are belong to us." There are plenty of other problems with the translation ("What happen?" "Somebody set up us the bomb", etc).

Other mistake: Vic is helpless as Morris is bleeding to death on the sidewalk. She has her feet on a manhole in the view before the Staples, but in the overhead shot it's him with the feet on in it. On a sidenote, when he is helping her out and the passersby are seen, on the left you can spot by the Italian place under the umbrella a few extras who are having a great time and laughing, not bad for being 20 feet from a shootout and with a dying cop in front of them. Other mistake: The strip club the protagonists visit is, according to what Bautista says, in Compton. They are outside the joint a couple minutes before 3 PM. From there they need to go to Amo Cortez's place. When they arrive in front of the house, Batista grabs the keys and you can take a peek at the phone in charge; the address is highlighted and it is 111 Drysdale Ln, which would be in Orange County and 20-30 minutes away from their starting point, but the phone goes 'ping!' the moment the door closes, and shows it's 4:05 PM. Considering Madame Titties only mentioned a gang and not an address, and Batista earlier ordered to head to Long Beach (pretty weird place to go for a gang called Alamitos 13, obviously they'd be based in Los Alamitos), one could think that there's a part of the investigation not shown...but the phone showed a long uninterrupted course instead, with an estimation of 45 minutes of drive.
