Visible crew/equipment: At the end, after Father Mulcahy says goodbye to Sarah, when it cuts to a wideshot we can see two actors' rubber T-marks on the ground. The first is behind Father Mulcahy's feet, a white T-mark (albeit dirty) where Sarah had been standing, and the second becomes visible when Klinger runs over and bumps into Kellye, he kicks up some dirt which causes the black rubber T-mark to flip up off the ground.

Continuity mistake: After Homer taunts the angry mob about not knowing where he lives, the mob gathers in front of his house, and in the shot of Homer and Marge in the bedroom note the light switch on the wall and the items on the dressing table, but in the next shot as Lisa and Bart run into the room the items on the table have vanished and the light switch is gone. Continuity mistake: While Bart's standing on the roof's TV antenna when Homer's shaking it, in the overhead shot of the house - note the front walkway and the wood fence between Flanders' and Simpsons' houses, the chimney is actually missing from the side of the roof adjacent to Flanders' house, and the antenna is also much closer to that side of the house than it should be. Continuity mistake: While Mulder's waiting for Langly and Frohike to unlock the exit door, Gray-Haired Man keeps shooting at the glass door, and the increasing bullet damage on the glass doesn't stay consistent as more damage occurs, and changes between the closeups and wideshots.

Continuity mistake: After Scratchy blows up in the movie they're watching, when Homer stands up in the shot facing the audience there are two empty seats behind Homer, between Dr. Hibbert and Marge, who's seated beside Lisa, but in the next shot facing the screen Marge is now seated beside Dr. Hibbert, and there's only one empty seat now between Marge and Lisa. Continuity mistake: While Andy's falling asleep, when Potato Head and Rex pop out of the Eggman Mover's box it has "Andy's toys" written on one side and the adjacent side is solid - no openings, but when Woody opens this box in the moving truck, there are now open handle cutouts on the two adjacent sides to where "Andy's toys" is written.

Continuity mistake: In Sid's room, there's a lightbulb hanging over the table (which he turns on when he switches the doll's and pterodactyl's heads), and its electrical cord that hangs beside the lava lamp (filled with toy heads) vanishes and reappears a few times during the scenes there.

Other mistake: There are six various bolts, locks, and latches on Sid's door above and below the doorknob, and some are in their locked positions when the door either opens or closes. For example, after Sid replaces the doll head with the pterodactyl head and calls Hannah, when the door opens we can see the dead bolt and slide latch are both slid out in their locked positions and yet Sid's able to open and shut the door, which is quite impossible.

Revealing mistake: When Woody falls out of the closet wrapped in the string lights he hears Buzz's voice, and in the next shot as Woody sneaks up to Hannah's room we see Sid's open door and doorway, which looks perfectly normal. However, after Woody rescues Buzz from Hannah's tea party they both stop in the hallway, and there's another shot of Sid's open door and doorway, only this time it's not normal to say the least. Five of the six hasps, bolts, and locks that should be (and normally are) screwed into and attached to the inside of Sid's door (one hasp mechanism, third one down from the top, is attached to the door's frame) are now actually kind of floating there in mid-air right beside the doorway, as if there's an invisible door there. Weird that Pixar artists deliberately did this, but it's bizarrely funny to see.

Continuity mistake: At the gas station market, when Bart puts the can of soda pop on the counter, we see the yellow label on the glass beef jerky jar, facing away from Bart. When Marge points to the beef jerky its label has vanished, then when the clerk points to the similar looking family the label is back. (00:45:00)
