Show generally

Question: How is it possible the doctors at Arkham can keep being fooled by the likes of Poison Ivy, Two Face, The Riddler, etc., who're only pretending to be cured? Surely they could tell when they're faking.

Rob245

Answer: The problem is that you're trying to force real-world logic into a series with heavy sci-fi/fantasy elements and broad storytelling. Would a real-world psychologist be able to tell when someone is faking? Possibly. But that doesn't make for fun storytelling, especially for a fantasy-heavy series aimed predominately at children. This is one of those cases where the audience is merely expected to suspend their disbelief for the sake of entertainment. And I can tell you that as a kid who watched this show when it first aired in the 90's, I personally never even thought about it.

Batman: Arkham Knight

Trivia: The second time the reference for Batman: Arkham Asylum is used here. It's Scarecrow's mask from the asylum on the floor of the control room in Ace Chemicals that was seen atop the bridge in the Industrial District in Batman: Arkham City.

Rob245

Trivia: This game has the most times Bebop and Rocksteady appear as bosses. Four total: one for each of them, then when they use a monster truck against the turtles then fight them together on a skyscraper.

Walk Like a Man (1987)

Revealing mistake: There are times in the movie when you can tell Bobo's beard is fake such as when Penny's giving him a drink from a 7-11 and it's peeling off near his right ear.

Star Wars (1977)

Answer: Hands aren't necessary for force usage - it's more a gesture to aid concentration (or for effect, or simply because it looks good on film). During Luke's fight with Vader in The Empire Strikes Back for example, Vader is flinging large objects at Luke without removing his hands from his lightsaber at all.

Halloween II (1981)

Question: Why does Michael waste time leaving "Samhain" on the blackboard and killing all those hospital people? He's able to slip all over the place so all this extra killing seems pointless.

Rob245

Answer: Michael is insane. It's no different from him killing all the people in the first movie and setting up all the elaborate things he set up like the tombstone and the bodies. In the context of the movie, he's simply driven to kill and do evil things on his way to his goal.

Batman: Arkham Knight

Stupidity: Given what they'd gone through in Arkham City which various thugs talk about, there's no way any of them would be stupid enough to stay in Gotham during Scarecrow's plan as they also know what he's about.

Hexed (1993)

Continuity mistake: When Henry Pratt's lying dead after Helen killed him his head's turned to his left. When Miles is kneeling next to him his head's suddenly turned to his right. A shot later and his head's turned back to the left. Then, when Helen's on top of Miles, Pratt's head is turned back to his right.

Revealing mistake: During the flashback to Ginny's operation, you can tell it's a prop head due to the color of the part where the operation's taking place.

Batman: Arkham Knight

Continuity mistake: In both Arkham Origins and Arkham City Mr Freeze is bald. Yet here he's shown to have strands of white hair in the DLC mission In From The Cold.

Batman: Arkham Knight

Continuity mistake: This takes place a year or so after Arkham City. Yet Joker's Titan poisoning marks look different, more like blood stains.

Below the Belt (1980)

Other mistake: It makes no sense for Hilda to be on the ring apron during Rosa's match with Terrible Tommy much less be in her ring gear when she didn't wrestle on that card.

Pretty Poison - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: When Poison Ivy is introduced in her trademark green costume, she's bare legged. Yet a few shots later, she's suddenly wearing green tights. While she's offscreen for a brief period, there's not enough time between the shots for her to have put them on.

Rob245

Trivia: This marks the second appearance in a turtles game for Rat King, Slash, Tokka, Rahzar, Groundchuck, Dirtbag, and Metalhead as bosses.

Rob245

Trivia: The Punk Frogs of the cartoon make a cameo riding a roller coaster during the boss fight with Leatherhead.
