Trivia: An Iron Man film was in development at Fox in the mid-90s with Tom Cruise eyed for the lead role. The film never came to fruition, partly because the technology required to adapt the character to screen wasn't there yet, but also because Cruise's asking fee to star in it was not a price the studio was willing to risk on a largely unknown character.

Trivia: Zawe Ashton, who plays Dar-Benn, the film's main antagonist, actually dressed up as Captain Marvel for Halloween in 2019. Her fiancé, Tom Hiddleston, best known for playing Loki in the MCU, dressed up as Daredevil, while Daredevil actor Charlie Cox dressed up as Loki.

He allowed them to select the film they wanted to watch, and they picked this, with nobody realising it was a horror film. Apparently, the movie played for over 20 minutes before the teacher shut it off, despite earlier protests from his students about its content.

Trivia: According to new reports, the real reason Matthew Vaughn left this film is because he found a large script featuring a scene in Africa with Storm ending a drought for thirsty villagers. The executives told him that was a fake script to entice Halle Berry into remaining in the film. Vaughn was disgusted with their duplicity and exited the project.
