Continuity mistake: When Phoebe realises she just met her dad she turns to her friends to share the news, and in the closeup she's holding a pair of 3D glasses in her right hand and Monica's holding a pair in her left hand, but in the next wideshot both of those glasses have vanished. (00:09:15)

The One Where the Monkey Gets Away - S1-E19
Continuity mistake: When Rachel tells Ross that she "kind of lost" Marcel it cuts to an exterior shot from the balcony, and if we look past Rachel and Ross we see there's a table against the wall, under the Maïna La Voyante poster, but that table does not exist in previous or following shots. Continuity mistake: When Chandler speeds up the timer for his turn he places the timer down at the right side of the pillow, but it's at the opposite side of the pillow when he lies down. Then before Monica starts giving Chandler his massage, she sets the timer and places it near the foot of the bed which we see in Chandler's closeup, but in the next shot when she says, "Say goodbye to sore muscles," oblivious to Chandler's pain, the timer is lying by the pillows behind her, near the head of the bed. Note, in the "uncut scene" version, Chandler grabs the timer to speed up his torture, and Monica takes it out of his hand thinking he was going to add more time, then she places the timer behind her. Continuity mistake: When the Wicked Witch scares the Scarecrow, Dorothy, and the Tin Man with fire, after the fire is thrown, not only is the Tin Man's funnel cap on backwards, everything is reversed. In order to keep the characters oriented from left to right correctly, they had to show the film from the wrong side, thus the buttons of the Scarecrow's jacket and everything else are on the wrong side. Continuity mistake: When Mickey hides Pluto in his suitcase, the entire handle to the suitcase breaks off and Mickey tosses away the handle. This handle reappears unbroken when Mickey takes Pluto out of the suitcase and then quickly hides him again, though it's broken again in following shots. Then at the end, when Pete tosses both suitcases off the train Mickey's suitcase has the broken handle, but when it lands on Mickey and Pluto the handle reappears unscathed once again.

Continuity mistake: When Jenny Lind is first introduced and is walking in, she doesn't have gloves on. When PT Barnum and Phillip Carlyle kiss her hand she's wearing formal gloves. (00:44:35)

Continuity mistake: When Barnum goes to see Charity by the beach at the end of the film, they embrace. As the camera shows a close up of their faces Charity's head is on Barnum's right shoulder, but when they reverse the shot to show her expression she is now on his left shoulder. (01:30:10)

Continuity mistake: During the "This is me" sequence, the tattooed man is wearing a red cape. During the last few seconds of the song, he loses the cape and then it reappears again. (00:59:55)

Continuity mistake: After the battle in the Hall of Prophecy, when Harry and the others land in the Death Chamber, Ginny is a good bit of distance away from Harry's feet in the side shot as they're all lying on the floor, but two shots later as they're starting to get up Ginny's head is now right beside Harry's knee. Trivia: When Scuttle discovers that Vanessa is actually Ursula, he sees Vanessa's true image reflected in the mirror, but the image we see in the mirror is not reversed, note Ursula's mole and her shell necklace are not backwards. This may be construed as part of Ursula's magic, or it's simply an animation error, which is common (I believe it's the latter). (01:06:40)

Continuity mistake: At the start, when King Triton makes his appearance he's holding dolphin reins, and at first it's shown as two separate straps in Triton's hand as he tells Sebastian he's looking forward to the performance, but when Sebastian replies that it will be the finest concert he's ever conducted, Triton lets go of the rein and it's a single continuous strap. Continuity mistake: While Louis is preparing the stuffed crab and then while he tries to kill Sebastian, the gold buckles on the chef's shoes appear, disappear, and reappear randomly. It happens again at the end, when Louis goes after Sebastian on the ship the gold buckles suddenly appear on the chef's shoes after his teeth are knocked out. (00:52:15)

Continuity mistake: After Carlotta walks out of the kitchen with the dome covered dinner plates, when it cuts to the others in the dining room Grimsby has a plate in front of him, but in the next shot that plate has vanished just as Carlotta is about to place the dome covered plate in front of him. Continuity mistake: After Sebastian's "single most humiliating day" of his life, Ariel uses a dinglehopper with three prongs to comb her hair, but the fork has four prongs when she puts it down on the table, just before climbing into a bed for the first time. (00:55:45)

Continuity mistake: After Sebastian knocks over the bowl onto the chef's head, when Louis goes after Sebastian with the cleaver the style of the handle and the blade changes when Louis lifts the cleaver over his head and then chops the table. It happens again when the cleaver blade is rammed into the floor in front Sebastian, and in the next shot as Sebastian turns around the cleaver style has changed again. (00:54:10)

Continuity mistake: When Carlotta brings the plates for the meal they all have a dome cover with a top handle, but when Sebastian runs across the table those handles have changed. (00:54:50)

Continuity mistake: When Rocky is carrying Adrian home after their wedding, Adrian is still wearing her bridal veil cap and we see the lace design closeup, but when they're inside the apartment Adrian is wearing an entirely different veil cap.
