Other mistake: Raj doesn't get over his selective mutism until the end of season 6. However, he very prominently speaks during Howard and Bernadette's wedding without alcohol or meds. In the season 6 episode where he finally does speak without any assistance, Penny makes a big deal about it so it's shocking when he does it here with no big shocks.

Character mistake: Sheldon told Leonard at lunch that they were no longer friends, only roommates but later that day, he told start moved up to ninth place on his friends list because he dropped someone (can't remember who) off his friends list). In actuality, it would've bumped him up to eighth place because he kicked Leonard off the list.
Revealing mistake: Any time that Leonard is "driving" his hands never move and the wheel never moves either.
The Consummation Deviation - S12-E8
Continuity mistake: Leonard tells Raj that the first sex between Penny and Leonard was fantastic. But episode S3E2 is all about how bad it was.
Other mistake: Leonard says that it's 2am when his door is knocked on, but when he opens his door to confront Sheldon, his window outside shows daytime light. (04:12:00 - 04:25:00)

Revealing mistake: When we see Sheldon and Howard on the scooter, look in the back of the mirrors to see the reflection isn't moving. Indicating the bike isn't moving. (00:07:40)

Suggested correction: He's awoken by a door closing, not necessarily the front door. He could have heard Sheldon closing his door.

Continuity mistake: At the cheesecake factory, the necklace is wrapped around his middle and ring fingers, then in the next shot, he is just holding it. (00:08:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Leonard, Sheldon and Penny are eating lunch for the first time, Penny sits on Sheldon's spot, Leonard then tells him to "Just sit somewhere else." He then walks over to his desk chair and contemplates sitting there and in the bottom left of the shot there is a chair with 4 false legs, and one large leg running down the middle. (00:08:20)

Audio problem: When Penny walks out after Sheldon helps her with her game, we see Leonard start the music but the speaker doesn't start vibrating for over a second after the music has started. It should have started at the same time. (00:07:40)

Continuity mistake: Near the end of a conversation with Stewart, Penny is holding a drawing that Stewart drew for her. In the next shot, it is now on the counter and she is picking it up.

Continuity mistake: When Howard and Bernadette are in his bedroom, there is a bottle of Vitamin Water to Howard's left. In one of the shots, the bottle has completely vanished out of frame, but returns in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: Penny is talking to Sheldon in the laundry room and places a box of detergent on the machine. The side of the box is facing her. In the next shot, the box has turned to face her.
The Russian Rocket Reaction - S5-E5
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Howard and Bernadette are about to have sex and Bernadette leaves to "brush her teeth", Howard stretches and lays on the bed uncovered. After Howard's mother yells "over my dead body my son goes to space" and Bernadette appears again and says "I'm ready", then it flashes back to Howard and he is instantly covered up.

Continuity mistake: When Sheldon sneaks into Leonard's bedroom while Leonard and Penny are sleeping, Penny has her arms out over the blanket and Leonard has his on his pillow in front of his face. When Sheldon leans over Penny only her hands are on top of the covers and Leonard's are tucked under his pillow.
Continuity mistake: When Penny is talking to Leonard about who read her Ex's blog, she has a spoon full of ice-cream. Camera cuts and it's now empty. (00:05:00)
