Continuity mistake: Tony and Gigi are sitting at the poker table at The Bing where there is a stack of money left from the other's card game. At the end of their conversation, the stack of money is gone. Neither Tony nor Gigi grabbed it. (00:28:00 - 00:28:35)
Visible crew/equipment: At the gravesite of Livia Soprano, the cast is dressed in black, but there is a man in a light green shirt to the side of the casket in front of the cast who is out of place. (00:39:16)
Suggested correction: This man is cemetery staff, lowering the casket into the grave. Watch as this scene continues, right after Carmela says, "He won't discuss it, he clams up," we can see this man at the bottom right corner of the screen, turning the lever for the device (00:39:30).
Irregular Around the Margins - S5-E5
Continuity mistake: Adriana was wearing a red blouse at the Crazy Horse, and in the car with Tony during the accident. When Christopher picks her up from hospital, she is wearing a gray Fila sweatsuit jacket. It's funny she is wearing something different because the next morning at the hospital, Tony is wearing the same shirt he had on during the accident. (00:23:57 - 00:29:04)
Continuity mistake: During FBI questioning, Adriana vomits on the conference table. Bureau Chief Cubitoso is sitting to her left, and in the scene, he has no vomit on his clothes or face. However, in the next close-up shot, he has vomit on his shirt and face. (00:51:23)
Continuity mistake: During FBI questioning, Adriana vomits on the conference table. Agent Deborah Ciccerone is sitting directly in front of her, and in the scene she gets no vomit on her clothes or body. But in the next close-up shot, she has very long vomit on her blouse and jacket, despite sitting across from Adriana. (00:51:23)

Other mistake: The Soprano crew takes Christopher out to a cornfield to talk some sense into him or whack him. It's raining and the ground is wet but only Tony B is getting wet. (00:41:18)
Mr. Ruggerio's Neighborhood - S3-E1
Revealing mistake: Right before the FBI vehicle pulls out behind Carmela, you see the traffic stop on cue, so they can get right behind her. (00:07:37)
Continuity mistake: In the pilot Artie and Charmaine Bucco had two kids, Art and Melissa. But in this episode they refer to their daughter as Kiara and their son is never mentioned again.
