Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when Riggs is in the cargo area, a gunman shoots at him, he rolls and starts emptying the clip into him - you see the bullet holes in the gunman. But as Riggs is face to face with the gunman, the holes disappear.

'Adolph' Vorstedt and his goons, attempt to murder Riggs by throwing him in deep water with a straight jacket on. Before they do, Vorstedt tells him that he killed his previous wife Vicky. When Riggs escapes from the jacket underwear, he finds the dead body of his new girlfriend Rika. This infuriates Riggs so much, that he drives over to the house on stilts where the diplomats are holding Leo and rips it to pieces. Riggs and Martaugh then infiltrate the ship where all the counterfeit money is being loaded. After shooting it out with all the men on the ship, Riggs has a small fight with Vorstedt. It ends with Riggs pressing a button that releases a cargo container that crushes Vorstedt. Riggs gets shot numerous times by Arjen Rudd. Martaugh shoots Rudd in the head. The film ends with Martaugh telling Riggs that he won't die until Martaugh says he can die. They both laugh.

Trivia: Right before Rianne's commercial begins, a Tales from the Crypt episode is on the TV. This is the second episode of the first season, titled And All Through the House about a woman who kills her husband and is terrorized by an escaped mental patient dressed up as Santa. The murderous woman is played by Mary Ellen Trainor, who plays the psychiatrist Stephanie Woods in the Lethal Weapon movies.
Question: After the car crash near the start, Riggs finds that the driver has disappeared, and says "This guy's Mandrake." What does that mean?
