Continuity mistake: When Kate runs out of the hospital room, she goes through a door with her right arm/shoulder going first. Camera changes to the other side of the door and now her left arm/shoulder is going through first. (00:31:00)

Continuity mistake: When Walt is talking to Locke about the injury to his leg, Locke doesn't have a bandage on his leg. However, a couple of seconds later he's pulling his trouser leg down with a bandage around his leg. (00:25:30)

Continuity mistake: Boone throws a statue out of the plane on to the ground by Locke. When the statue smashes, it's in the middle of a small circle that is cleared of leaves and vegetation. However, when Locke picks up the pieces, the small circle of cleared ground is gone. (00:32:10)

Continuity mistake: Boone explains who Terresa was and he has a bag strap across his chest. (The strap is the same colour as his shirt but is distinguishable by the lack of wrinkles in his shirt.) During camera changes, this bag strap disappears without him removing it. (00:25:00)

Continuity mistake: Just after the bunker has blown up, Jack and Sayid are talking. Throughout this conversation, the key on the necklace around Jack's neck keeps changing from out to tucked in constantly. (00:29:20)

Revealing mistake: When we see Charlie crossing the bridge, there is a shot from above showing the ground under the bridge. In this shot, Charlie is stepping onto a very distinctive double-sized plank. This shot is reused a few seconds later. (00:22:10)
