Question: Based on the answer on the above submitted question about the song difference between the movie release and the home video/DVD version, I was wondering what song title/artist was played on the home video/DVD version during the swimming pool scene where Damone pushes Mark into the pool. I know the original release played Never Surrender by Don Felder during that scene, but looking for the other song info from the other version. Does anyone know it?

Question: In the beginning of the film, the sea monster thing was mistaken for a level 10-11 earthquake. If it was that powerful, wouldn't it be creating tsunamis? The same thing with their thermal energy core that Sarah blows up. Wouldn't it cause a tsunami? I don't really know geology very well so sorry if this is stupid.

Question: Is Chris Rock's beard throughout the film an appliance, or did Rock actually grow it out? (I know his goatee in the flashback is fake, I'm talking about the beard he has during all the modern day scenes.) I could swear I saw a little glue on his chin next to his beard in one scene, like it was an appliance, but I couldn't quite tell, so I didn't submit it as a mistake.

Question: Olivia Castle walks into the office and is holding an envelope with a bereavement check. She probably uses that toward her laser eye surgery. Question: Has anyone else noticed that Everett and Julie are not seen with the rest of the cast in the last scene? They just dash by in the hall. Is it possible the ending was reshot any they were added in post?

Question: Not strictly a question about the movie, but is there any reason why, as of 2022, director Stephen Sommers hasn't directed any more movies after "Odd Thomas?" It's been 11 years since this movie was actually shot (and 8 years since its release), and the only thing he's done since this movie has been executive producing two direct-to-video "Scorpion King" sequels. He did some pretty popular films in the 90's and early 2000's, so it seems strange that he's just sort-of disappeared recently.
