St. Trinian's (2007)

Other mistake: After Kelly and the twins climb out of the sewer tunnel and hear footsteps, the twins sit atop the steel grating pretending to cry while the rest hide below. All the walls and paintings behind the twins are the very same ones behind Kelly, Taylor and Andrea later, when they've finally reached their target painting, in a different area of the gallery. We can even see the square of wood planks covering the area of the steel grating seen earlier. (01:13:35 - 01:24:00)

St. Trinian's (2007)

Other mistake: Just before the Cheltenham bus arrives before the hockey game, Geoffrey Thwaites is reading The Sun. In the close-up the headline reads "Shot in the arm, new Minister for Education announced today", with a photo of Geoffrey beside it. However, the actual article has nothing to do with Geoffrey. It is about Andy Millman's temper, and how he verbally abused a Downs Syndrome child. Andy Millman is a fictional TV character played by Ricky Gervais in "Extras". The other two articles make no sense as well. (00:21:10)

Other mistake: In quite a few shots during the film, it is much too obvious that there are no lenses in Harry's glasses, whereas in previous and following shots the glasses have lenses. A couple of instances are: when Harry drinks the Felix Felicis and when Harry kneels beside Dumbledore, at the foot of the Astronomy Tower.

Transformers (2007)

Other mistake: When Frenzy attacks Sam, the teenager wears straight leg jeans with a narrow leg opening (not boot cut) and thick-soled Nikes, seen in numerous shots, as he kicks at the Decepticon. After the cut to Mikaela (who finds the reciprocating saw), during which Frenzy has already pulled off the bottom of Sam's jeans, Sam continues to kick and scream just before he gets up and runs. Problem is Sam still wears both thick-soled Nikes, neither of which slipped off as Frenzy maniacally pulled the jeans, with narrow leg openings, from his kicking legs/feet. Impossible even in the best of circumstances.

The Goonies (1985)

Other mistake: When the Inferno is in the cave the vessel's sails hang or are furled a specific way on the masts, but when the ship sails past the beach the rigging differs significantly. (01:23:45 - 01:47:40)

The Goonies (1985)

Other mistake: Up in the Walsh's attic, in three shots of Mikey as he continues to say, "Then he loaded it all up onto his ship and he sailed away into the sunset..." there is something black hanging down from the top of the screen that stays put as the camera pans in closer to Mikey's face. It disappears, then reappears when he says, "Trapped." (00:17:20)

Camp Rock (2008)

Other mistake: During Connect 3's performance at Beach Jam, Nate's guitar is missing its fourth string tuning key, which suddenly reappears as soon as he leaves the stage.

Other mistake: When the Narrator looks at the photographs in "The Denton Affair" album, some of the photos don't match up with what actually occurred in the previous scene. Things such as, when the car pulls up, and the driver exits and moves out of view, there are only a few people left on the porch, but in the photo there is a crowd on the porch.

Face/Off (1997)

Face/Off mistake picture

Other mistake: On his own computer, Sean looks up his son's file, which states the boy died immediately and his date of death was September 9th, 1991. When Eve and Castor (as Sean Archer) are at the cemetery, the date of death on the headstone is September 24th, 1991. (00:21:15 - 01:14:50)

Enchanted (2007)

Enchanted mistake picture

Other mistake: In his search of Giselle, when Edward knocks on doors 209 (hissing cat), 405 (barking dog), and 714 (purple guy), the funny thing is that in all three close-ups the three door jambs/trim have the same paint glob markings. The actual doors were changed, but the jamb/trim remained the same for all three shots. (Only visible on widescreen DVD). (01:04:05)

Other mistake: When Jack and Norrington duel on the stairway of the old church (before Will joins the fun), just as Norrington grabs hold of the key with his left hand, a band-aid is visible on Norrington's thumb. (01:50:00)

Super Grover

Other mistake: In numerous shots modern bobbypins (the white kind brides wear on their headdress) are clearly visible inside the curls of the men's white wigs. For instance, they can be seen when Norrington is reunited with his sword; later when he dies; when Beckett talks about the immaterial becoming immaterial; finally, when he says, "It's just good business," as the Pearl and Dutchman fire on Endeavor. The type of 'hair pin' seen in the wig curls did not exist in the mid 18th century.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest mistake picture

Other mistake: The rope is wound round Jack's body and the pole at his back numerous times. When Shishka-Jack falls, the pole gets jammed between the cliffs, but the pole does not break and the rope does not tear. The rope that goes round the pole numerous times simply disappears, leaving the rope intact around only Jack's body in order for Jack to twirl and unravel as he falls. (00:39:00)

RV (2006)

Other mistake: After Todd phones Bob and tells him about the rinkle-dinkle regarding Larry's request, when the Munros sing about the Rolling Turd, in the close-up, as the RV drives past the camera, the sideview mirror is deliberately turned all the way around so as not to see the crew's reflection. This also occurs when Bob asks the Trooper about the traffic jam around Mt. Watson. (01:14:00)

Other mistake: When Ray pulls up to Mary Ann's home, the front exterior layout and dimensions of the house are evident, from its near center front door to the two car garage, in front of Ray's van. The side exterior wall contains two large garage doors, which are about 35-40 ft from the location of the front door, with no small basement windows at ground level; inside, beside the front door, the stairs that lead to the basement run parallel just under the stairs in the foyer. In the basement, the small windows on the far end of the furnace room they run into are only about 20 ft from the basement stairs. Not only are the small windows non-existent in the exterior shot, but it's entirely impossible for two small windows to be where they are, considering the exterior footage of the house. Troy (2004)

Other mistake: There is a thin vertical line from the top of the screen to the bottom, that moves as the camera moves, just after the Trojans enter Apollo's temple when the Greeks run out of hiding to ambush the Trojans. It also appears in the first exterior shot, when Hector shows Andromache the secret escape route. (00:45:55 - 01:47:15)

Troy (2004)

Other mistake: While the Trojan warning gongs ring, in the shot of the citizens when they run past the guards to return to the safety within the walls, there is something stuck to the left side of the camera (it looks like a long piece of hair), which flickers on the screen as the camera continues to pan in closer. (00:35:30)

Other mistake: While Hermione and Ron watch, cloaked Harry starts up with Malfoy and his two friends as they all stand in the snow. Most noticeable in the wide shot, when Harry spins the Slytherin boy, although the boy's feet visibly disturb the snow, Harry's feet do not make a mark - no footprints whatsoever. (01:02:30)

Super Grover

Other mistake: After receiving the new Firebolt Harry runs outside to use it. In the close-up as he takes off and in the next wide shot many of the students' eyes are not in sync with Harry's flight. (02:09:15)

Super Grover

Other mistake: While downstairs Vernon hears Hedwig's squawks, as well as Dobby and Harry's exchange in the bedroom upstairs, distracting enough for them all, including the Masons, to take note. The noise upstairs illicits a reaction from everyone, which Vernon explains is a noisy cat. Yet when Harry very noisily chases Dobby down the steps, Dobby slams into the wall and Harry lands with a loud thud (not remotely 'catlike'), Vernon, who stands on the other side of the shared wall, pleasantly continues his story to his rapt guests, who are also not distracted by the noise. To suggest that such loud noises coming from the hallway right beside them would not draw any reaction from anyone, Vernon and the Masons included, is preposterous. (00:06:45)
