Continuity mistake: At the morgue, Dr. Isles is trying to help Frost overcome his fear of dead bodies by having him cut into a body. Rizzoli walks in and Frost turns away from the body. He hands the scalpel to the doctor, with the sharp end pointing down. Cut to the next shot and now the knife has turned around and its sharp end is sticking up. (00:20:45)

He's wearing a silver pendant in the shape of the Deathly Hallows symbol. In the close-up of the jewelry, it is over his yellow vest. In the consecutive medium shot, it is partly under the same vest. Continuity mistake: Quorra's suit has a light stripe running down its right leg. When she's captured by Tron, the light stripe is now on the left leg. This is most likely a flipped shot as her fringe/bangs are also slanting the wrong way. (01:33:50)

Continuity mistake: Munch and Cassidy are at an S&M shop and are about to leave. Munch grabs Cassidy by his upper left arm. Cut to the next shot and he's now grabbing onto Cassidy by the shoulder.

Continuity mistake: Throughout the tent scene, where Bella is snuggled against Jacob for warmth, the green and white hat she wears move constantly between shots. Sometimes it covers part of her right eyebrow. Sometimes it is much above it. (01:27:25)
