Continuity mistake: When Faulnak hands the gun to Kasius at The End of their firearms conversation, he turns it around so that he's offering the grip. In the next shot, he's holding it by the grip and offering the barrel instead. (00:16:35)

Continuity mistake: When Sara rejoins the crew at the end of the episode, Nate lifts his left hand to his face and hollers. In the next shot, he has his right hand to his face instead. (00:40:25)

Continuity mistake: In the scene aboard the Waverider when the crew discusses their discovery of the Oculus, the first two times you see Sara sitting on the Captain's chair from the back she's leaning forward with her elbows on her knees. When you see her from the front, though, she's sitting with her legs crossed and her right hand on the control panel, and in a following shot you can see her actually change her position and lean forward. Continuity mistake: When Bruno searches Max for weapons at Sonrisa's place, right after he declares she's clean you can see him holster his gun. After she tries to straighten up and he pushes her down again, you can see him in the background holstering it once again.

What Is Human? - S1-E10

Continuity mistake: When Wolfgang jumps behind the car during the gunfight with Steiner and his gang, he crouches and keeps his head right beside the side mirror (which should probably classify this entry as "stupidity", too, since that offers zero protection.) In the following, wider shot, he's crouching well below the mirror, but then he's suddenly back where he started in the next one.

Continuity mistake: In the scene at the club towards the end, Riley's headphones keep switching position from shot to shot; most of the times they're around her neck, but they can also be seen on her head or be completely absent in a few shots. The cord also switches sides. (00:45:40)

Continuity mistake: When Angie tries to smuggle cake out of the cafeteria, she puts away her tray and then tries to slip after the guard. When he stops her, she turns to make her way back to the now empty table; in the next shot, the tray is on the table once again. (00:16:25)

Continuity mistake: In the scene at the end where Mon-El goes to Kara's to try and console her, right after he sits down and she shifts to lean on him the blanket falls off her shoulder, but in the next shot it's covering her once again. (00:40:35)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the orgy scene, Will is at the gym and when it's his turn to do a standing overhead press he prepares with the barbell pressing on his shoulders. In the following shot, when he actually pushes it up, he starts with the bar on his front instead. (00:33:40)

Continuity mistake: When Brett and Dawson go rescue the two climbers, at the very beginning you can see a long shot of the group where the victim is laying with her legs and arms straight, while in the rest of the scene she lies there haphazardly in consequence of the fall. (00:09:45)

Continuity mistake: When Dmitri and the doctor first try to get Vanessa to feed on human blood, the blood bag keeps switching from full to half-empty from one shot to the next. (00:16:05)

Callisto - S1-E22

Continuity mistake: When Xena starts chasing down Callisto after the attempt on the Oracle's life she has her sword in the sheath on her back, as can be plainly seen when she jumps on Argo. A couple of seconds later, there are a few shots of her charging after Callisto without her sword, which comes back in the sheath once the chase gets in open field. (00:23:00)

Continuity mistake: At the end of "Chasing the Sky", Hakeem crouches in the middle of the stairs. In the following shots, he's suddenly at the top of the stairs and then in the middle again. (00:37:30)

Continuity mistake: During the press conference at the beginning, Hakeem has a lollipop in his mouth. During the whole scene, the lollipop keeps switching from shot to shot between being in his hand or in his mouth. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: During the funeral on the oil rig, right after Octavia collapses under the effect of the drug, Clarke has a sturdy, simple metal cup in her hand, but in the following shot we see her dropping a completely different, clay-like and more elaborate cup that shatters when it hits the floor. Continuity mistake: In the scene in the warehouse, Chloe and Lucifer end up right below where Corazon is tied up. Then blood drips on her hand prompting her to look directly above her head. In the next shot Lucifer turns around and suddenly they're both meters away, looking at the contraption from a distance. (00:26:50)
