Shoot 'Em Up

Continuity mistake: During the love scene between Smith and Donna, when the killers first come in the door, Smith's pants keep changing from being down (while he is having sex with Donna) to up around his waist like normal as he rolls off of the bed.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film, Smith escapes with the baby on a bus. He takes off his sock to cover the baby's head. Cut to a shot of him pulling the sock over the baby's head, then the camera angle changes to a close-up of the baby being held by Smith with the sock on his head; cut back to the original camera angle and he's still pulling the sock on the baby's head.

BocaDavie

Continuity mistake: In the diner at the end of the movie a man is slurping the last of a milkshake from the bottom of a glass. When the glass is shot it is almost full.

Continuity mistake: In the start of the film, Smith is seen to use an oil slick to slide on his back across the floor. In all subsequent shots, the back of his coat is clean, without any sign of having slid across the oil.

Twotall

Factual error: In the final standoff, Smith shoots Hertz by holding cartridges between his fingers in the fire. This is not remotely believable. The casings, weighing much less than the bullets, would have been blasted off while the bullets themselves would have gone nowhere. (01:15:15)
